I had my car aligned at a different shop, and it was not terrible but it was definitely off. Caleb & his team had it fixed in one 30-minute visit.

Have been going here for a while for my oil changes. This time needed a few other things taken care of. Gave me a very good price and fixed it while I waited. Keep up the good work

I have people telling me all the time i'm crazy to still drive from Springfield to Midas in Hermitage but the customer service can't be beat. Loyal to the end...Blake and the guys are awesome!

Been using this location for almost 1 year. They are honest, and there is no “pressure sales” ever, unlike dealers. The pricing for Midas services are more in line with my budget than what Beaman charges.

Midas on Lebanon pike did a fantastic job. Robbie was determined to figure out why my car was overheating, even staying late to help assess the problem. It needed to be left overnight and was being worked on by 7:30 am the following morning. Picked the car up and drove it out of town with 0 issues the that same day. I know they will do their best and give you options, not ever making you feel forced into one avenue. They were professional from start to finish.

I “experimented” with this Midas location about 14 months ago. I needed rear brake service on my truck and didn’t want to pay the ridiculous quote received from the dealer where I purchased. Midas was much less expensive, not to mention friendlier and faster with the service. I have returned two additional times in the past year for different services and have been pleased each time. Not to mention they were much kinder to my wallet!

This location was out of my way, but the location closest to me did not have the necessary equipment to do the job. I would go back to this location because of the OUTSTANDING customer service I received while I was there. From the Manager to the staff...ALL OUTSTANDING

The employee that did my check in/check out (I THINK her name may have been Lori, but not for sure) was so very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I understood about my tire pressure, need or not for tire rotation, etc. Walked out to show me what she instructed and I left there a very happy customer! Nice breath of fresh air experiencing GREAT customer service for a change! Will definitely return!
