Big O Tires

I took our two vehicles for a tire rotation this weekend.

We purchased 2 tires a few days ago...n 2 others over a week ago..very pleased

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable by every means

Whenever the tire light goes on in my car I stop at Big O. Usually they just air up the tires and are very nice about it. This time I had a big bolt in the tire and they showed me the bolt and the big hole in the tire. They had the right tire for my car in stock and got it put on right away even though they were very busy. Always get great, friendly service here and I trust them to give me good advice.

I went in because I was having some brake issues. They told me the problem wasn't as serious as I thought, replaced the rear brakes and adjusted the break peddle. They asked if I was hearing a rattling sound and they told me my tires were worn very unevenly and that I should replace the rear tires. I accepted and the rattling and several other driving instability issues disappeared -- I had feared this would be a major repair later, but new tires fixed it. They are always amazing at Big O Tires.
