Big O Tires

We use big o by our house all the time.Very courteous and service excellent.

As always the best service anywhere. Jeff and his staff can get me in and back on the road faster than anyone else in town.

Hi there, A few years ago I was shopping for some wheels for my 94 Lincoln Mark 8. I dropped by more than a few of the specialty shops in Albuquerque, but none seemed to be over the top interested in finding anything that would fit the Lincoln. Jeff at Big O, however, did. He hooked me up with a nice set that really made the car look great. In the year since, when I have paid a visit, they always provide great service and that personal touch. Just yesterday I purchased a set of tired for a 94 Jaguar XJS. I left the car and ran down the street for a bit to eat. By the time I go back, (less than 30 min) the car was ready to go. Impressive as I hoped they'd get it done by the time my lunch hour was over. If you are in need of tires or other such services, do go see Jeff and his staff at Big O. You will be glad you did. I've been in twice now to have my brakes checked. Last year & just last week again. Both times you checked then & assured me my brakes were still OK. Most places would have sold me brakes, at least one of those times. Your shop is honest & I appreciate that very much. I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it in no time and were very nice considering I went to the shop close to closing time.

I came in with a flat tire and the spare tire on the ground, they fixed the flat rotated the tires, put the spare back up and prepare the jack tray and handle to go back under the front seat. Geeze they can't do everything! They have to leave me something.
