I came in with a flat tire and the spare tire on the ground, they fixed the flat rotated the tires, put the spare back up and prepare the jack tray and handle to go back under the front seat. Geeze they can't do everything! They have to leave me something.

Whenever the tire light goes on in my car I stop at Big O. Usually they just air up the tires and are very nice about it. This time I had a big bolt in the tire and they showed me the bolt and the big hole in the tire. They had the right tire for my car in stock and got it put on right away even though they were very busy. Always get great, friendly service here and I trust them to give me good advice.

As always, Jeff and crew are right on the money, with quick service, tons of knowledge and just generally good people. I came in with an old tractor tire that needed a tube, a size not easily found. And as usual Jeff came up with what I needed in less than a day and I was able to pick up the tire and rim, get back on the tractor, and get back to work. I've done business with this Big O store since 2001. 20 yrs! and always exception service and quality.
