I had a nail in my tire and it was loosing pressure. I didn't have a lot of time to deal with this situation because I had to go to work. They got me right in and fixed the issue. Fast professional service.

Not impressed with the new management

The manager/crew at the Castleton Midas are second to none. If I didn't prepay for my service at the dealership (Hare) I would take my vehicles every time. Thank you!

I was misinformed about my vehicle needing a full synthetic oil change, so I had to pay $49.00 and change versus just under $18.00 for a general one! I talked with Nissan today and a Nissan Dealership and they both confirmed I only needed a General oil change; Overcharged! And, although nice people at Midas, I was told twice on previous visits, I would only need the general one! FYI I understand that Synthetic is best, but on tight budget, this was not fair!
