It was good service. My only complaint is they left the info that the oil was at 100%; instead of putting back my regular info on the screen. Now I have to figure out how to do that.

Between Illinois road and the coldwater road location those are the only two shops in town that I trust my cars at, Chris and Gary at Illinois road have always done right by me and Reggie and Dave at coldwater are the other two that I trust my vehicles with

Repairs seem fine. The customer service i received was a tad Off. I had communicated with the manager i was fine with the vehicle not being finished before the day was over on Saturday. However I needed my car back and to let me know if it?s not finished s

I've been to this Midas Service Center before, and have been highly satisfied with their service. Also they are located close to the Lutheran Hospital campus where I work. Also Gary Siebert is so helpful and knowledgeable.

This was my first synthetic oil change and I was stunned to be charged $65 for it. I was told the additional quart of oil was $10...pretty sure I can buy it cheaper than that anywhere. Not at all happy.

I Brought my car in and had the muffler looked at. Cheapest in town and it was actually less than what the quote was. GREAT customer service. I was out of there in less than an hour. Very professional staff. Thank you. I will bring all my cars here now.

Took my car into midas on jefferson for an oil change. A month later I go check my battery and notice Midas never put my cover over my engine back.
