Love these guys! Honest pleasant helpful!

I called with a battery issue and I was able to bring in my car to get a replacement the same day. I originally thought it was going to take well over an hour, but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Was treated great, price seemed fair. People were straight up and honest. Car is working great!

No wait time. Started on my vehicle at appointment time. Explained what the problem was and how they would like to fix it and the cost after examining vehicle. Fixed it while in the approximate time I was told it would take while I waited. No surprises. Friendly and respectful service towards a woman.

I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Great People. Honest People.

As always the staff is super attentive, prices are reasonable, and service outcome is always great.

I have been going to Keith, Greg, and James at Midas on North Broadway for probably 15 years now. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It they cant fix something, they will tell you who can. Best of all they are very honest. Take it from someone who has discovered dishonesty at three other Rochester auto repair services in the past! I will always be a Midas customer.

Always liked the work they do. If there is something that doesn't need done right away Keith or James always tell us I know I can depend on them to be straight forward and honest.very very friendly.

I always appreciate the ease of scheduling at this location. They are almost always able to work my car in assuming I can leave the vehicle with them which is very much appreciated. I also appreciate them calling to update me with progress and anything unexpected, as well as relay the cost of services before they’re completed.

i recommend you guys to everyone your guys customer service is amazing every time i come in which is often feels like im goin to a family member. Honest hard working people who i will continue to support.
