I was highly satisfied with my Midas experience, because my truck was repaired in a timely manner and because the shop explained to me thoroughly what was wrong with the vehicle, the process they need to take to fix it, and they explained the pricing thoroughly as well.

Everyone was friendly and professional and did a good job with the oil change. My only complaint is it took a little longer than I expected. I had an appointment and was expecting to be there about half an hour. It was almost an hour. They were very busy.

I've been using this Midas for 20 years. They still have the same core staff and do excellent work. I trust their advice and am grateful for their good work.
