explained the work I needed done, the vehicle was checked for other issues, such as tire wear and tie rod being loose, issues needing work now were done, those that could wait were detailed on my receipt so they could be addressed later

I wrote a complaint about tire rotation issue. (taking advantage of a teenager) In matter of hours Midas contacted me and resolved the issue. Great to see a company take care of the customer with service issues. I will return to Midas in the future.

They diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me an estimate and kept to the estimate. No one tried to upsell me or BS me into additional purchases.

I had some electrical problems that they fixed at no cost to me. I ended up with an oil change and a fully functional car.

I was a litttle dissatisfied in how I was treated during the duration of my car being worked on. I also wasn?t happy with the outcome of my brakes because they are starting to squeak an squeal when I slow down. Now I don?t know if that?s supposed to happen

Yesterday my daughter came in had tires balanced in the process they damaged the tire sensor and is not helping to fix it never had that light come on until this service! Don?t recommend them period manager is an idiot

The service was excellent and the people were so friendly.. it made my tire change go by pretty fast. That was the best experience I've ever had at any shop ever to be honest.
