The employees were very kind and made sure all the customers were taken care of. I was worried because I didn’t make an appointment, but I had a very minimal wait time. Isabel was great. Very helpful. I always prefer big o tires than other shops

The staff were wonderful. I wish the tires were more affordable. A single mom paying $200 for one tire is high. I wish there were more choices for tire purchases. Thank you

I really liked how clearly Joey communicated with us. We've had problems with the vehicle starting but weren't sure what the issue was, and Joey found the issue and explained what was going on. The fix is expensive and couldn't be completed at this location, but Joey did a great job of explaining payment options and recommended another location for us to go to. We really appreciated how kind and helpful he was and will definitely return to this location in the future.

We have been going to this location from opening of location. The staff is great, helpful,l knowledgeable and realistic about how long a service will be so you can plan ahead.
