My Wife and I have been bringing our vehicles for quite some time. All staff are very approachable and they talk to you like you're an actual person and not a dollar sign. They have always been straight up and honest with everything that needs to be fixed and what can wait and what we don't need to worry about. My expectations were met without any issues arising.

I called the store manager Shaun early afternoon and told him I needed 4 tires replaced. He had two of my size tires in stock, and said he would call another Big O store and have all 4 tires ready in approximately 1 & 1/2 hours. I arrived at the store at the assigned time, and all 4 tires were waiting in the bay for install. Service was very good, and I would recommend Big O Tires.

I got a flat tire & didn’t have a spare, I called the Big O & the associate was extremely helpful, made sure to have my tires the following day, I had my Tesla towed there & they did everything they promised & the bill was cheaper than I was quoted , they were not pushy on trying to have me buy other stuff I didn’t need or want

Wonderful experience. They mounted a tire at no cost. They also honored a coupon for an oil change on their sale price. Can't beat their service and prices!!

Mark & Mike really took great care of me. Mark got me the right set of tires the very next day. When I went in to get them installed Mike was there and took the time to explain the warranty in detail.
