Got the best tire and warranty for the dollar

I went to Pep Boys first for my flat tire and they didn't have my tires. They said that they would call me if they do find it. I went to Big O Tires next and they were able to find my tires. Although I was quoted to have my tires the following day, the store made it happen within 4 hours. Thanks.

I highly recommend this Big O Tires location, Justin particularly was phenomenal. I came in on a Sunday with a flat tire. Justin informed me Big O did not carry my tire but helped guide me in the right direction as to which shop did carry it. I drove all the way to the other shop and they turned me away because they do not service European cars. I came back to see Justin an hour later and he helped me order two tires online, noting that I had a screw in another tire as well, and said Big O would be happy to install them for me when they arrived. Two days later I brought the tires in and they were installed just for the price of mounting, balancing, and rotating. I used to go to another big name tire shop in town but will definitely be coming here in the future. And being open on a Sunday was a huge help! Thanks Justin. Also when I came to pick up the car, Rodrigo was wonderful as well. Made sure I had my wheel lock before I left which gave me peace of mind. Thanks Justin and Rodrigo!

This was the best service experience I've had I a long time. I was a long time customer of another establishment that had not met its responsibilities on recent visits. I called the day before to ask questions and Angel A. was knowledgeable, friendly and made me fell understood in my needs. On arrival at 7am next day , he was ready with my information(no hidden pricing or pushy sales tactics) just pleasant & helpful. My car drives so much smoother and I can say you made a life-time customer with my recent visit to this location and Angel on your team! Thanks!

Everyone was great, but Angel especially made my day. I was able to get the TOYO tires I love within my price range and instead of waiting a week like Discount Tire explained, Angle offered to have them dropped off at his store and installed that day. Totally beat my expectations and Discount's prices. I have been a discount customer for 10 years until now. Keep it up, we will be back for my husbands tires soon!
