Called to see if they could take me. He told me i would have to make it fast. I was taken right away and even though they couldn’t repair my tire, they showed me why and took care of me right away.

There was no wait time to speak with someone. He was very friendly. I received a follow-up call about my brakes and fluids from Brandon. He was also very friendly. I didn't intend to have more servicing other than my tires; however, it was something that was needed and it was a one stop situation. I liked the ease of the entire process.

Having to go to an automotive service shop is always a nightmare because they always try to upsell you and tell you that your car required more parts and service that it actually needs. I always plan for the worst. I arrived with a nail in my tire hoping to get it patched. The manager let me know that because of the placement of the nail that I would need a new tire. He looked up a match for my tire, found one in stock, and the price was reasonable, in my opinion. I was happy with the process and service.
