Big O Tires

On vacatioiln Wlwent to have tires balance checked, it took almost 2 hours. Tires were not balanced and car still shook like crazy. Went to a different Big O when I got home and they said every tire was out of balance and they were balanced.incorrectly. disappointed the first Big O on Las Vegas did not get it right.

They completed what the AAA Battery Service could not, and on a Sunday morning!You guys are lifesavers.

took my 2016 nissan sentra in because my check tire pressure light was on, i assumed i may have a slow leak in a tire and need flat repair/ patch up. i asked that they check all tires, they said no problem. they did ask if i knew which tire, to which i said maybe front right but can we check them all. after waiting approximately 1 hour, i was told all was good there were no tire leaks , possible flats, even though check tire pressure light was still on. immediately after took my car to the nissan dealer where they then showed me a nail in my rear driver side tire. sometimes we pay more at a dealer, but completely understand why now.

I came in for a tire rotation after 6 months of replacing my tires. I was told my shocks and struts needed replacing because they were leaking; that was not turn because there has been no leakage on our gargage floor and the car doesn't drive as if they need replacing. Additionally. I was told I needed to replaced both the engine and cabin filters; I had replaced then less than a week before my visit. I will not return to that Big O tire shop.

ATTN FEMALES - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car in and inquired about possibly getting 4 new tires. Two guys came out and looked at my tires and I made an appointment and put a $400 deposit down. So when I took my car in a couple days later, they could not get the tires off of my car and said I needed a key. And since I didn't have a key they wanted me to take it to a dealership to buy a key. No one ever mentioned that I needed a key to unlock the tires on my car. I'm a female - I have never taken a car in for tires before. My dad or my husband always handled it. How in the world would I have known that you needed a lock to remove the tires? Plus, I am certainly not that stupid to have put down a $400 deposit had I known they could not get the tires off of my car. So, they refused to give me back my deposit. Then, to make matters worse, I called and spoke with their general manager, Mike, and he insulted me! When I told him I did not know I had to have a key to unlock my tires.....he rudely interrupted me and said "Everyone knows you have to have a key". OMG....what a total insult to a female!! Not everyone knows this. He discriminated me as a female!!! What an ass!!! I will never use Big O Tires again!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!
