I had a warranty on a tire the side wall got a hole should have been a easy replacement.The assistant manager made it difficult and questioned everything laying the Blame on everything else saying will will do it this time but next time I would have to go thru my home owners insurance,,, just wish it could have not been a Hassel I mean that is why you get the warranty

I brought my car in because I would feel a vibration when I would get up to about 70 mph on the highway. I was leaving to drive to Arizona the next day &?wanted to make sure it was safe..I had recently had a screw in my tire & figured it needed to be balanced. The Big Ovguys came back telling me I needed new breaks on front & back which was $990!! I then went to my mechanic who had just had my car in a few weeks earlier. He told me it was BS & sent me to discount tire to get it balanced which I did. No more vibration & $40. I will NEVER recommend Big O Tires. They try to take advantage of women that don't know about cars!!

I got a flat tire and took it to them. They said it was not repairable, and had to be replaced. I decided to go somewhere else. After I went to pick up my car I got home and realized they had taken the tire off the wheel. I assume they did this because the tire was repairable and they didn't want me to see the tire. So they basically stole my tire to resell it. I would not trust them. Very shady

I spoke to Steve on the phone about buying a set of 4 tires and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped by a couple days later and he was not in so I spoke with Andy, or at least attempted too. He was rude and would get a sentence or two out and then he would answer the phone. I stood there for almost 30 minutes while he had about 5 phone conversations and only gave me half ass information. One of the sets of tires he offered me was snow tires and I had to ask for him more questions to share that information. I can assure you living in Las Vegas snow tires are not a viable option for a daily driver. I have been to this location many times and always had great service so maybe the guy was having a bad day. Regardless you lost my sale that day and I went and bought a set of 4 tires for my SUV somewhere else.

Big O is the best place to go for service whether it's regular auto service or for tires.

I went to the store with a problem at the front brakes. They replaced the rotors and the pads, drive tested the car and let me go. I had to come back two days later day with the same problem. In the end it was the ABS pump. The first diagnostic was incorrect and it cost me $423.

Went in with a leaking tire last week. They were able to fix it and had good customer service!

When I called to make an appointment, I told them I needed an oil change and to replace a headlight. When I got to my appointment, I told them I needed an oil change and the headlight needed to replaced. The cashier told me he wrote a note to let the mechanic know to check. After waiting an hour, I was told my car is ready. I asked if they changed the headlight and the cashier looked confused and told me no, they didn't. He then went out to tell the mechanic to look at the headlight. I don't know what the mechanic looked at during the 22 point inspection but I have zero confidence in his findings if he can't tell the headlight is out AFTER I told him it was broken. I then had to wait another 30 minutes for him confirm the headlight is in fact broken. After that they me they had to call for a price. I told them to forget. I will not be back.

Only have Big O Tire touch my truck. Went for balance and alignment but they stated there was a broke stud. Wanted to charge me over $100 to repair. Said it wasn't their fault and I should talk to the last Big O Tire person that worked on the truck. Then took a long time to pull my truck out because they had other vehicles in the way. Now truck seems to shake more and feels less safe.

Made an appointment for an oil change upon arriving and after a 30 minute wait I was told that the special oil promotion was not available for my vehicle. Will not recommend and doubt I will ever return. Scheduled and received service elsewhere.

Well right now we are investigating who stole my OBD scanner from my center console of my truck. They were looking through every part of it for my lock nut key so there was no place in my truck that wasn't searched. Glove box was a mess everything in a different spot, center console had my OBD scanner and a bottle of cologne stolen and all the item under the back seat were in a different location. The DM is looking into this and has got LP involved, I did not make a huge deal of it at the store on Saturday and confront the tech that worked on my truck. Kept it as nice as I could just having my stuff stolen and told even told Steve at the counter 702-869-8299 no questions asked just wanted my stuff back. Of course no one says they took it they want to keep there job. Brendan Smith was my tech on the invoice who did the work so if I don't hear from Mike Mozol today or tomorrow about how I am getting my stuff back or reimbursed for my personal property, then I will be going back to the store to have a little chat with the manager and the tech. I can not believe I have been coming to this store and even send friends and family there for alignments and this is how you treat people. You know I have the scanner in my truck because I use it all the time. The check engine comes on due to a sensor issue and I use it to turn it off. Well when I go to get in my truck and it is on and I look for my scanner and it is gone, and I had just used it on the way over to the store, WE HAVE A PROBLEM. NOT HAPPY VERY PISSED AND I FEEL VIOALTED. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP. HERE IS MY NUMBER 702-217-7105 FIGURE THIS OUT TODAY. Chris

Please tell me why it took 4 hours to do an alignment on my car. Not only did I have to wait there but pretty sure they forgot about my car because I had to continue to ask for updates. And they had no idea.
