Well right now we are investigating who stole my OBD scanner from my center console of my truck. They were looking through every part of it for my lock nut key so there was no place in my truck that wasn't searched. Glove box was a mess everything in a different spot, center console had my OBD scanner and a bottle of cologne stolen and all the item under the back seat were in a different location. The DM is looking into this and has got LP involved, I did not make a huge deal of it at the store on Saturday and confront the tech that worked on my truck. Kept it as nice as I could just having my stuff stolen and told even told Steve at the counter 702-869-8299 no questions asked just wanted my stuff back. Of course no one says they took it they want to keep there job. Brendan Smith was my tech on the invoice who did the work so if I don't hear from Mike Mozol today or tomorrow about how I am getting my stuff back or reimbursed for my personal property, then I will be going back to the store to have a little chat with the manager and the tech. I can not believe I have been coming to this store and even send friends and family there for alignments and this is how you treat people. You know I have the scanner in my truck because I use it all the time. The check engine comes on due to a sensor issue and I use it to turn it off. Well when I go to get in my truck and it is on and I look for my scanner and it is gone, and I had just used it on the way over to the store, WE HAVE A PROBLEM. NOT HAPPY VERY PISSED AND I FEEL VIOALTED. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP. HERE IS MY NUMBER 702-217-7105 FIGURE THIS OUT TODAY. Chris

The gentleman that took care of me was very knowledgeable and kind. I loved the fact that there was no up sale. He was honest and straight forward.

Please tell me why it took 4 hours to do an alignment on my car. Not only did I have to wait there but pretty sure they forgot about my car because I had to continue to ask for updates. And they had no idea.

Been going here 18 years. They are the best of the best. Moe is the car whisperer. Great service, by all. Good prices. Would not go anywhere else.

I was there to get a tire for warranty and another new tire and an alignment for my car. I was sitting in the waiting room and witnessed the tall skinny younger desk guy come out to talk to the women waiting to explain what's wrong with their cars. I found it amazing that all their cars had Rack & Pinion steering leaks and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. This was 5 women they laid this line on. 1 seemed very upset because she didn't have the $1700 the guy said it would cost. Then he brought up the financing 120 day 0% then 26.9%. They even tried it on me but I knew it was BS. That must have been the scam of the day for Friday. My problem was I never ask for a full quote on the work I was having done. Which was $297 for a warranty replaced tire 1 $84 tire and a $119 alignment. I don't like their business practice of praying on the people who don't know anything about the mechanics of their cars. A word of advise bring someone with you or pay no attention to their inspection.

I was glad I purchased a warranty on my tires. I have had to have nails removed from my tires twice, and it was all at no charge.

Your counter guy was speaking so loud we all heard his business. And with that the customers on the phone. He was worse than a car salesman.. he told them all the same thing. Your vehicle needs this bit before we get to the price. What can you afford ??? Then went over you can finance your repair???then said. Bottom line your vehicle needs 2 grand of repair. And wouldn't take no for an answer. Very pushy. I was gonna get him to check my air conditioner and he was stoked it was my call. But after hearing him push push push on your clients. Most on phone that I said cancel the air. Then he said but you need it and that wasn't the case. It was my idea no need was it the conversation.. very upsetting and I won't be returning to that store. I use your company all the time but he was over the top bad!!!

I was on a family vacation I unfortunately got a flat tire and also noticed one of my other tires needed to be replaced, do to wear on the side of tire. I went to the Big O tire in Las Vegas where I was vacationing. I was dealing w a junior team who had no customer service what so ever , that I can handle. There was no store manager around he was on vacation. I was dealing w a kid that had worked w the company for 3 days. This also all understandable and I can deal with. My biggest issue is the fact that I have warranty on the tires and this Big O would not honor my warranty because I was in las Vegas and the tires were purchased in Phx, AZ. This to me was obsurd! It clearly states on the back of warranty that the warranty is good nation wide at any big O tire. I then contacted the Phx store where the tires were purchased, they explained to me that the warranty was good and they would contact LAS VEGAS big O. The Vegas location continued to say they would not honor the warranty because they were purchased outside of las Vegas. So i then tried to contact the customer service office which was closed the Friday after thanksgiving. I am very disappointed in the whole experience. The Phx location apolagized for all of my trouble and say they will reimburse me for the money I paid out of pocket because the Vegas store would not honor warranty. They tried very hard to explain to the Vegas store how very wrong they were, but they were not willing to listen what so ever. I hope when I go to the Phx location my money will be reimbursed to me and I really hope this Las Vegas store is coached and learns proper protocol when it comes to the nation wide warranty. I don't even want to know how many other people have been taken advantage of due to their lack of knowledge!! If this doesn't get fixed I will be seeking further assistance in fixing my problem. I will also be following up with the Las Vegas store to make sure they are using proper methods when it comes to honoring the tire warranty. I would very much like an apology also from the Las Vegas store! Thank you and I will be in touch.

I visited your store at West Charleston at 9:30am on Saturday, 3/16 to simply buy 2 new tires and have them installed. The person at the counter said they could do the job, but would need to get the tires from another store. We agreed to an appointment time of 12:30pm for me to return and have the tires installed at that time. I returned at 12:30 prompt and they said they would get to me "soon". My car sat in the parking lot for 90 minutes until they attended to it (only after I asked about status). Then 1 hour later one of the technicians came in and said "I broke a lug nut stud". That was my vehicle, so I asked the counter person, what will they do about that and he said that I should be fine with a broken lug nut stud. I disagreed and told them that it would need to be replaced due to safety concerns. So he stated that they would need to go get a new stud to replace the broken one and that shouldn't take but 30 minutes to get the part, then 15 minutes to fix and get me out the door. That turned into 2 more hours and then after I asked them about what the heck was going on, the counter person says, "oh, didnt anybody tell you?...the same technician broke another stud and we have to get another part and that would take even more time". Then when they did finally get the 2nd stud delivered, the manager had to step in and do the job since the 1st tech wasn't able to follow through with torqueing appropriately. When I did finally get my car (after waiting 6 hours total in your store), I asked the manager to have someone else check the lug nuts since it did not appear that the 1st technician tightened them enough (nuts looked like they were half on the studs).

These guys are awesome. Went in for an oil change and alignment. As usual, Moe and company in Summerlin are awesome. Got the whole family going there for years.

Where do I begin? Several weeks ago, I came in for an oil change for my 2012 Camry. Even though I had a coupon that you Maile directly to me, saying my car was due for service, the manager on duty (Jay) advised you don't carry the type oil that was offered, and wanted to upset me. I asked that the GM contact me, but no word. I even reached out by email to your corporate site. I did receive a response from Neftali Rivera Consumer Relations Specialist. That was Feb 6th. She asked for more details, which I sent properly, and as of today, crickets. Fast forward to Sunday, Feb 25th. I go back in and order a n oil change with complimentary tire rotation. Now understanding that a couple years ago I was told a rotation took place, when in fact it did not, I marked the tires. Lo and behold, same thing. No rotation. When I queried the manager as to whether or not the rotation had been done, he assured me it had. I then showed him how I knew it hadn't. He went to the garage, and returned with "I'm going to write up the tech". After a few comments about why this was really poor customer service, I asked for the contact information of the regional GM. He refused to give it to me, but said he would reach out and have them contact me. Still no word from anyone.......You tell me. Should I continue to give Big O Tire my business?

I took my car in for a slow leak in my rear tire. I inform the service man I was short on time. I saw no workers attending to the job after my car was put on the rack. Also I was told a lie my tire could not be repaired. I demanded my car to be reuturn and they overinflated my other three tires. I took my car to another place that was able to repair my tire. Not all females will trust your lies.

Couldn't believe that there wasn't a charge for flat repair! Great service and knowledgeable service rep. I will be returning to Big O for all my Fusion's maintenance needs.

Good morning, on Monday July 23rd an associate from your location at 10127 W. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas called me after inspecting my truck to tell me they can do my front brakes, transmission fluid exchange , tire rotation and oil change for the amount of $640 "out the door". I said go ahead and do the work then. He said they will call me in a couple of hours when the truck will be done. I received a call about 5:30 p.m. telling me the truck was ready for pick up. I told them I could not get there prior to 6pm when they close but I will pick up first thing the next morning. When I arrived Tuesday morning I was assisted by a gentleman named Richard who told me in fact the truck was not done because they needed a "$44 kit " to complete the transmission fluid exchange and that just for the brakes and oil change would be $491 and the transmission fluid exchange would be $295 for a total of $786! I told him that I was quoted $640 out the door. Richard told me he wasn't there the previous evening but that an associate named Erik was due in at 9:00 a.m. and he would call me to schedule the fluid exchange and hopefully "Help me out". The problem is 3 fold, 1. They had a chance to inspect the truck and should stand by initial quote of $640 out the door. 2. It is now 5 days later and no one has called me to schedule or discuss why they told me the truck was ready when it actually wasn't and to discuss their error in quote. It would have been way easier for me to leave it there an additional day instead of having to arrange for transportation back and for a second time. 3. I believe the gentleman Richard is the store manager and he should have helped me upon pick up instead of passing the buck to someone who has yet to contact me. I would like to continue to due business with your organization and give this location a 5 star yelp review but so far it is not looking favorable due to this issue. Regards, Mike Stevens 480-250-4525 2233 White Mist Drive Las Vegas Nv. 89134

I called 2 days ahead of time to make an appointment to have my oil changed. I was told would be serviced within at least 15 minutes of my appointment. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and a gentleman at the desk took about 15 minutes to complete the invoice of work, but was very nice. I did notice very little activity in the bays. There were a number of workers just walking around but very little work being done. The gentleman that assisted me at the counter seemed to be the only associate acting with any urgency. When he completed my invoice he was out in the bays working on a vehicle. I waited about 25 minutes and saw no progress on the vehicles that were in the bays and workers just standing around and talking, so I went to Jiffy Lube across the parking lot and they had me out in 20 minutes though it cost $49 more. Come to find out the gentleman that assisted us was not even at his home store.

I was greeted by Richard Grubber (not sure about the spelling) who was very helpful & knowledgeable. Installation was fast & complete.
