Big O Tires

Your prices are crazy compared to your local competitors. I was quoted $987 for four new tires and all the "add-one"� that go with them. I went to Costco, got four new Bridgstones with a warranty I know they back, and walked out with a bill for $564.

Very professional and really seemed to care about what I needed and how soon and got me back on the road with safe tires!! Thank you!!

Ive had 2 visits to this location both this year and last that were dissapointing. Last year I had a tire replaced, but the next day I had to bring it to another location as the install was done incorrectly and just by touching the valve stem air was coming out of the tire. On this last visit, I went to get 1 tmps sensor reset, and left with all 4 not working. Not only could they not fix the one, they managed to reset and fail to connect any of the working ones.

I am new to the area and a friend recommended this location and Mo specifically. Service was performed quickly and everyone I encountered exemplified great customer service.

I had a warranty on a tire the side wall got a hole should have been a easy replacement.The assistant manager made it difficult and questioned everything laying the Blame on everything else saying will will do it this time but next time I would have to go thru my home owners insurance,,, just wish it could have not been a Hassel I mean that is why you get the warranty

Store lobby a bit dirty. Need new floor. I have been in other store over the years and this location is dingy. Bathroom worn and not clean.

I brought my car in because I would feel a vibration when I would get up to about 70 mph on the highway. I was leaving to drive to Arizona the next day &?wanted to make sure it was safe..I had recently had a screw in my tire & figured it needed to be balanced. The Big Ovguys came back telling me I needed new breaks on front & back which was $990!! I then went to my mechanic who had just had my car in a few weeks earlier. He told me it was BS & sent me to discount tire to get it balanced which I did. No more vibration & $40. I will NEVER recommend Big O Tires. They try to take advantage of women that don't know about cars!!

They gave my husband two tires with a good rating at 50,000 miles and a very good rate. Will definitely come back when time to replace other tires.

I got a flat tire and took it to them. They said it was not repairable, and had to be replaced. I decided to go somewhere else. After I went to pick up my car I got home and realized they had taken the tire off the wheel. I assume they did this because the tire was repairable and they didn't want me to see the tire. So they basically stole my tire to resell it. I would not trust them. Very shady

Great service, Dalton Howell was very informative and knowledgeable about his job, had my truck in quickly and tires balanced and rotated. I'd definitely go back again

I spoke to Steve on the phone about buying a set of 4 tires and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped by a couple days later and he was not in so I spoke with Andy, or at least attempted too. He was rude and would get a sentence or two out and then he would answer the phone. I stood there for almost 30 minutes while he had about 5 phone conversations and only gave me half ass information. One of the sets of tires he offered me was snow tires and I had to ask for him more questions to share that information. I can assure you living in Las Vegas snow tires are not a viable option for a daily driver. I have been to this location many times and always had great service so maybe the guy was having a bad day. Regardless you lost my sale that day and I went and bought a set of 4 tires for my SUV somewhere else.

I went to the store with a problem at the front brakes. They replaced the rotors and the pads, drive tested the car and let me go. I had to come back two days later day with the same problem. In the end it was the ABS pump. The first diagnostic was incorrect and it cost me $423.

Worked with eric and his associates. He explained everything, worked to get me the a price that i was comforatble with. Work was done in a timely manner.

When I called to make an appointment, I told them I needed an oil change and to replace a headlight. When I got to my appointment, I told them I needed an oil change and the headlight needed to replaced. The cashier told me he wrote a note to let the mechanic know to check. After waiting an hour, I was told my car is ready. I asked if they changed the headlight and the cashier looked confused and told me no, they didn't. He then went out to tell the mechanic to look at the headlight. I don't know what the mechanic looked at during the 22 point inspection but I have zero confidence in his findings if he can't tell the headlight is out AFTER I told him it was broken. I then had to wait another 30 minutes for him confirm the headlight is in fact broken. After that they me they had to call for a price. I told them to forget. I will not be back.

Sad but this one Big O I had to find This location on Charleston price was $30 Cheaper So shop all the big O tires Buyer beware of pricing

Only have Big O Tire touch my truck. Went for balance and alignment but they stated there was a broke stud. Wanted to charge me over $100 to repair. Said it wasn't their fault and I should talk to the last Big O Tire person that worked on the truck. Then took a long time to pull my truck out because they had other vehicles in the way. Now truck seems to shake more and feels less safe.

it was very busy and I came during an emergency. I wasn't offered a free anything but Richard Geddings Manager and Pedro did immediately attend to my needs

Made an appointment for an oil change upon arriving and after a 30 minute wait I was told that the special oil promotion was not available for my vehicle. Will not recommend and doubt I will ever return. Scheduled and received service elsewhere.

Guys are super friendly and willing to explain everything to me. Service was fast and I was back to running my errands after they fixed my flat tire!
