I went for oil change and check a tire low on air. They must have spilled bunch of oil my car smoked like it was on fire and tire was still low on air. Horrible experience

I purchased tires on 9/13 and was told they would arrive on 9/14. So the store manager made an appointment with me for 9/15 @ 8 A.M. He told me it would take less than an hour since I have an appointment. I showed up on 9/15 @ 8 A.M. and the person recognized me and knew why I was there. He took my vehicle keys and pulled my vehicle in to the bay. The tech lifted the vehicle, took all wheels off and took the tires off the rims. 1 hour and 15 minutes later the store manager comes to me and says, "The tires you ordered aren't here"�. So my family and I sat there for over an hour and didn't even need to be there 15 minutes. It should have been tracked that my tires were not there yet and rescheduled. After I was advised about the tires, my vehicle sat there for another 20 minutes before someone began putting it back together. It was only after my wife became irritated and said something that someone took action. Then a single person began to assemble the rims and tires to mount them back on. There were 2 others that could have assisted and 3 if the manager would have jumped in to get us on the way. I return home to find out that the wheel lock key was not put back in my vehicle and the tech kept it. No one from the store has called to apologize and make this right, let alone reschedule an appointment. I told them that I have obligations to the Army and my schedule is tight. Now I need to carve more time out to get my vehicle serviced. This goes directly against the Big OnTires Customer Bill of Rights.

I was in there to have my brakes checked. They told me that I needed a lot of work it would cost me close to $1000. I did not have the money and so I went home without any work done on the vehicle. Later in the day we got a second opinion from another auto repair business. At this big O tire store I was told the front brakes were fine but the rear brakes needed a lot of work. The guy that gave us the second opinion said the opposite and that the rear brakes only needed pads. This is not the first time I have been to this store and they had tried to sell me parts that I did not need and pressured me into thinking that the repairs were absolutely necessary. I think it is shameful to conduct business in such a manner when people do not typically have $1000 of disposable income. I will not use this particular store anymore. I cannot trust your employees to be honest.

I managed to not put one single scratch, in 6 years, on the wheels of my 2013 GTI. Big O managed to scratch all 4 wheels in the matter of 24 hours. You are far too heavy handed and the gouge on the driver's side front wheel is far enough away from a lug-nut that i can only assume the worker wasn't paying attention. I would expect more when spending over $800.

At the store on Charleston I requested a new tire for my car. I was offered insurance for the tires and at check out, I told Ryan I did not want the insurance. He deleted the request, but there was still one tire was already in system. I called several times and the manager Richard never returned my calls even after leaving messages with Ryan to please call me back, 5 days has passed and still no return call. I am requesting that my $40 returned asap.

charged $60 for synthetic oil change and couldn't even get the right filter so they had to put the old one back in.

Stay away!! Twice they said my tires were in and I go there and they are not in and they didn't bother to call me. Horrible service.

I was a walk in with a cracked hubcap. First time in the store..had no idea if service would be prompt and resolvable. It was!
