Quick, attentive service. Honest assessment. Great communication with options and estimate. Work was excellent and car was ready right on time.

Was told I needed two size tires. Quoted $900 bucks.. That was a lie! Only needed one tire size for my car! Person who addressed me outside when he was confronted with the lie was rude and unprofessional. Never Ever returning to this establishment! CROOKS

The appointment booking on the website is a joke! The store informed me that the appointment information is never communicated to the store so when I arrived for my confirmed "appointment" they had no idea who I was or why I was there and didn't have the tire I needed in stock. I was then told they would call me when the tire arrived -"Probably within two hours". I finally received the call after four hours. They never bothered to check my tires before ordering so the tire they ordered was not an exact match but I took it anyway because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and will happily encourage anyone I know not to bother with Big O Tires.

I walked into Big O Tires ready to get my oil changed the wait time was not the problem got in and out in 1hr 20 min, that's usually how long it takes. I was asking the gentleman when would be my next oil change he said: "I put it on your car". (usually, that's what they are supposed to do). He wrote it down in any way. Once I go into my car I see that there is no sticker for my next visit and my car was telling me that my oil was still at 20%, how do I even know they changed the oil. Only because they gave me the paper..... I reset it myself...very disappointed.

I went to Big-O to get tires and an alignment. Not a credit card application. They were friendly but not pushy.

I asked for all terrain tires and was given all season. When I realized the mistake they had already disposed of my tires and was forced to buy their brand of tire as they did not have all terrain in the brand I was looking to buy. Yes their brand is cheaper so I saved money but did not want to buy big o brand tires. Then when they installed the big o brand they broke the pressure sensor. They then had to order it. I came back two days later when they had it, they said it would take 10 minutes. They installed and then the lug nuts needed replaced. They did not have the ones that fit my truck. They have to order it from a dealership. "�"�Tis required them to call corporate to get approval to purchase from the dealership. (My truck had stock rims and tires nothing out of the ordinary). Three hours later the tires are on they say the pressure light should go off in 5-10 minutes. Two days and hours of driving later the light is still on. I am now going to just take it to the dealership and have them correct Big-O Tires mistakes.

I'm extremely disappointed that you refused to honor an agreement that was made by your previous store manager to compensate me for a dispute I had with your store back in January 2019. I agreed to not pursue further remedies because the store manager offered me free brake services; but, when I attempted to redeem this service I was told that the store manager who made the offer is no longer employed by your store and that his offer would not be honored by the new store and district managers. Well, I say that is ridiculous and is probably a violation of contract law because the company is still in existence and the store manager was acting within his authority at the time he made the offer. I'm actually debating whether to pursue this in small claims court because it is such an overt violation of good customer service that it shouldn't be left unchallenged. I mean I have it in writing so I'm sure a judge would not look too favorably on your actions. You guys should step up and do that right thing by honoring the agreement.

Will not be back. Terrible service which cost me money at a dealer. Had to fight to with management to get any kind of reimbursement. District manager is a joke. Corporate hotline opened a case and never got back to me. Buyer beware.

I was sent email for a deal on oil & tire rotation said didn't have that oil so he began to show me more expensive service , I agreed to one of the other services . I watch my car being serviced the oil was changed but no rotation, the front desk guy said my car was ready I said he didn't rotate the tires , he said the tech must of missed it ? I watched the tech working on my car go over to the next shop & talk to some guy for about 12-15 minutes came back to my car walked away again , it took 1hr & 20 min to get service done .

Came for oil change & tire rotation that I was sent to my email, I watched tech change oil but never rotated tires I was told my car was ready , told front desk person that tires weren't rotated because I watched him . Also service was very slow my tech several times just walked away & one time stopped & talked to another tech for over 10 minutes, with a appointment I waited 1hour & 20 minutes for this minor service no really push to get the job done with customer waiting.

I have purchased 2 complete set of tires from your company - but because I chose to not purchase my battery, you charged me for both install and removal of my battery labor. Which I agreed to pay for the labor, I don't disagree the work was done, along with fixing my tire. I don't agree with charging double for removing the battery. Believe me, the next time I need to buy another another set of tires for my Audi, it won't be from your store. It's not the $67 twice, it's the principal.
