I was extremely pleased with the service and explanations I received from Dalton Howell. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. When I need other services I will contact him personally. The gentleman who drove me home and than picked me up when my car was ready to go was very nice and I enjoyed chatting with him. You have a great group at Big O. I recently moved to L.V. From Ukiah, Ca. Victor Virgil was the owner of of Big O there and we did business exclusively with him For 33 years! We considered him and friend and his service was five star.

Beginning to end! I initially called to know what the process was to have my car towed to the location. The instructions given were clear. Brandon, the contact person, called me a few times to give me the initial diagnosis of the car, to let me know the total charge and to let me know the progress of the work being done. Check out was quick and when the person noticed that I was going to pay with AMEX he reminded me that there would be an additional charge. Great service overall. I stopped going to this location for a couple of years because the quality of the work and workers had gone down drastically. I was told there were a few new employees so I'm giving it one more try.
