This is my second time going here. My first time was not so good. I had an oil change then when I got home I checked the dip stick and the oil level was low so I have to go back the next morning, when checked the oil level was low they added more oil. There's no leak in my car at all. It's a hassle coz I have to go back there and rush to work on that day. Nobody apologized or what so ever. They just checked the oil level and they also agreed that it was low. Hope this won't happen to other customers. Thank you

What made me come back was the customer service and the professionlism of your employees. With this last visit I am considering taking my business someplace else. I had a oil change and apparently oil was spilled over my engine compartment without my knowledge. I observed oil in my garage floor and upon inspection of my engine compartment I found several small pools of oil, which I soaked up with rags. My car is relatively new with low mileage and has absolutely no oil leaks. After soaking up the "pooled" oil I no longer have oil leaks in my garage.

I had 4 tires replaced on 3/4/17 and at 1st was charged over $200.00 than the quote. The manager, Charles, after seeing my quote told me "Remember we discussed that we had to change to different tires as we were out of the ones you requested". I didn't remember but he got the price reduced to only over $40.00 of quote. I also lost the lifetime warranty on the tire with the price change. 2 weeks later I called "Charles" telling him I was getting a shimmy between 65-70 mph. His reply was run the new tires for around 5000 miles and then return if the shimmy was still there. At 940 miles, 5/4/17, I returned and said the shimmy was to much. Big-O then rebalance and rotated the tires. Now, Charles tells me,"Oh" by the way, "your front struts are leaking and should be replaced, as that could cause your shimmy." He then mentioned" we had discussed that when we replaced your tires" I said no we didn't. Charles said, " Yes it's on the repair sheet. Note: 2nd time he mentioned that we discussed it. I produced the repair sheet and there was nothing pertaining to struts. He then made this statement," Oh the ink from the printer must have run out and didn't print it." Of course there were more words printed on the form all the way to the bottom of the sheet. Charles also was suppose to call me with prices on the struts that day and never did and I haven't heard from him since.today is 5/10/17. I took my car to Discount Autos per advice from a friend and they checked my tires out for balance and rotation. The manager at Discount Autos said " 1 tire had zero weights on it. 1 tire had 2-2oz weight on only 1 side", they decided to remove all weights and do a high speed balance. Results as of today 5/10/17, ZERO shimmy. Problem fixed. Note: had Discount Autos manager look for the front Struts leaking. No leaks apparent. If you go to Big-O's on Charleston, BEWARE of manager saying, "remember I brought that to your attention".

I brought my father's vehicle in this morning for his 10:00 AM appointment to have his 2 front tires replaced as 1 of them was 215 65R/16 and the rest were 215 60R/16. It was agreed that the front tires would be replaced with the SAME SIZE rear tires. So explain to me why when we got home, the 2 new front tires were 215 65R/16? My brother called and spoke with a Peter M. and said that we will be charged $25./ each tire to exchange with the same size rear tires? Peter went on to say that I was made aware of this but if that were the case, why would I agree when initially I asked for the 2015 60R/16 "to match" the rear tires since one tire was 65R? Doesn't make any sense, if you ask me.

Since you asked: For the fourth time in a row, I asked that my tires be rotated with my oil change, When I picked up the car, and asked if that had been done, they answered, " why yes, that is what I put on the paperwork". In fact they had not been rotated! Then when confronted, the answer is, " well if the tech doesn't think it's necessary, they won't do it". Seriously?

Very pleased with the brake job just completed.

I was one of the only people in the place as it was early in the morning. I needed rear brakes repaired and the service technician said it was take no longer than 90 minutes. I ended up waiting for three hours with no explanation why it took that long. I can understand if they were waiting on parts to be delivered but no one ever communicated this to me. My time is valuable and felt they should have been more upfront and realistic about how long it would take as then I would have made other arrangements that best suited my schedule. If there would have been cars ahead of me, I would have ended up waiting all day for the repair to be completed.

I feel misled. They are always advertising buy 3 get 1 free. Before and after my purchase I see the ad but it's not available when I am in store.
