I first started to use your store about a year ago when I moved my family to Las Vegas and could not have been happier with the entire experience. We have 3 cars and have brought 2 of them to you numerous times. I had discussed getting a 60,000 mile service a few months ago and at that time was told I'd need a timing belt replaced. I decided to hold off a little while, so when I returned on this visit I expected to be told the same thing. Instead I was told I'd need shocks and struts for that service at just over $2,000. I checked myself to see if that was needed and my car showed no signs of an issue. I need to trust my mechanic shop and left a little confused after this visit. I did have all my fluids flushed and replaced, but was a little uncomfortable as 2 people told me 2 different things within a few weeks of one another. Previous to this I've always been comfortable, although when I brought my daughters car and they disconnected the battery, the radio needed to be reset. I brought it back with her to have that done and was shown no interest in helping do that in spite of the fact it was working when she dropped it off. We were told it was a manufacturing issue.

went in for an oil change and they rotated my tires next day I new I needed an alignment was pulling and bumping while driving went to another big o store and they were surprised that was not even offered also this is the third time I did not receive a new oil change reminder they are just rushing with the work and now I think I may have to start going back to the dealership may cost more but I know the job is done right

They fixed a original problem sort of. The noise stopped yet they created many new problems. My air conditioniner worked on all funtions of the dail. Now they dont. I should have taken to the dealership.

Tire was good.. service was very slow..it appeared that there was only one person who was changing the tires but 2 people up front handling traffic.. I think the reverse should have been in play.

The person writing up order had issues doing so. Manager and techs not busy hanging out in office. Waiting room was dirty. After paying I went out checked the tires which were fine but my rims where now very dirty from the stuff to mount the tires. I would understand if they were busy but they were not. They need to take more pride in the service they are offering.

While I was waiting at 5p on 7/28, I overheard Kohumo (?) act completely rude to someone on the phone. Definitely a customer. The next morning I saw a different "black-shirt" person (blond, facial hair) act completely rudely to a customer in the lobby. Wasn't sure what I was going to get. My tire is fine, but the spare tire was obviously dragged across my bumper when it was put back in my trunk, and the paint around the wheel well is all scratched up.

Arrived before store opened. Explained to employee that I needed a flat repaired and was advised that I needed a new tire. I agreed and was told to "pick a spot". I said I didn't understand, and the employee said pick a parking spot ,that I was taking two spots. I was in reality taking one but did cross one of the lines in the empty lot. I was also told that they would start the repair immediately. I sat there and watched as customers came and left. I finally asked how long does it take to put a tire on? I was there over two hours. I was quoted $80 something for the tire but given a bill for $140+. I think I'll go back to DISCOUNT TIRES, they were more professional and courteous!

Won't be back....brought my car in for a nail in the sidewall on a Saturday. Needed to be replaced and they said they had to order the tire and it would be delivered Monday morning. They offered to put extra air in so I could drive the car home and park it until Monday (thank God the air held and I didn't have to put the spare on to bring it back). They quoted me an overall total and told me I had to pay a 50% deposit for the tire. I looked at the charges and noticed that a tire warranty was added without telling me...I decided to take that off. After the bill was fixed, they said, "Will you be paying this in full today?" I said, "if all you require is a 50% deposit, I'll pay that and the rest when the work is finished." Left for the day with the promise that Big O would call me on Monday by noon when the shipment came in. No call on Monday and when I called inquiring about the tire that afternoon, the salesman was extremely rude and acted like he was baffled that they were expecting a tire. He said, "what car and who did we even order a tire for?" After verifying that Big O did have the tire ordered I was told the shipment was late and they would most likely have to do the tire the next day. The only saving grace out of this whole experience was that the shipment came a little early, they did call me as promised and I was able to get the car serviced on Monday....but the experience made it all not worth it to me....I felt sold every step of the way and they were annoyed when I called to even check on the shipment when I was promised a call by noon.

I purchased a tire. to be used as a spare. I brought in a rim only (no tire on it) for your store to mount. The person who wrote it up did not go over the bill with me. After a later review of the bill, I was charged various fees for recycling my old tire (which I did not have) and other misc. fees. I just think it was a cheap shot on your part.

I went to Big O because of an oil change coupon.I sort of regret having gone because (as I should expect by now) the staff recommended over $1000 worth of repairs to the vehicle, as they always do.It's such an aggressive upsell given that going elsewhere I can have these things done at half the price, and that one some level it's clear that they're "looking for trouble" and recommend things that are not strictly speaking necessary.Also, they told me my alignment was off, but it was this very same Big O that did my alignment less than 6 months ago.So this means that they were the ones who didn't do my alignment right! The staff member told me that my alignment done at this branch was just a few days out of warranty, but that he could do it again if I went and did all these other expensive repairs.I felt like he was basically only offering to fix the problem if I committed to spending a huge amount of additional money...at this Big O that by their own statements didn't do my alignment correctly in the first place. One thing is for sure...I might go to Big O for an oil change or something like that, but for substantive repairs? I will never go to Big O.It's like The Wiz of auto repair.
