Big O Tires

All was good. However , they totally scratched my rim. I just had two of them reconditioned, literally the day before, so I know they were completely nick and scratch free. It's a small thin scratch around 1/4 of the rear passenger tire. I know when they put the new tires on wirh the mounting machine it rotates around the rim and made the scratch. I know if I go back to the store it's their word against mine. It's just disheartening that it's on the rims I just had reconditioned.

I had my tires put on at one location and they said they would rotate my tires for free. I went a different location because it was closer and they charged me $19.99. I didn't want to make a scene but I won't go back to this location to get my tires rotated. Otherwise I would give a 5 star.

Professional service done in a timely manner

I had come in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago. I found a huge leak during the next week. I brought it back, and they said the person that had done the original oil change at Big O had reused a part that shouldn't have been used, and they stripped part of the screw. They redid the process, and the next day I still had a huge oil leak. I took it back, and Rich, the manager, won me back. He was completely understanding, and even drove me back and forth to my house in his own vehicle. He apologized many times, and I really appreciated his honesty, and desire to make me a happy customer. He also showed me exactly what had been done, and reassured me that the leak was fixed. If not, to make sure I came back in. You have a very valuable employee in Rich. I do think the mechanics are below par, in my opinion, and it's tough for Rich to have to deal with this.

Everytime the service is excellent and fast.

Went in for patch. Asked for a price quote on tires two days ago have yet to receive a call back. They were to busy and the guy at the counter didn't seem to know much about tires, tires sizes or compatibility. said he needed to wait for mechanic to check my tires.

When I initially called to request an estimate, I spoke with Jeremy. He quoted me $520 for all 4 tires and told me that this price included a 3 year warranty. When I arrived on Saturday, March 10th at 9am, I was then told that if I wanted to include the 3 year warranty it was going to be an additional $51, making the total around $575. So up front, there was a huge miss-communication. I opted not to utilize the warranty. I had to call to check and see if my vehicle was done, I was then informed it was done. When I arrived, I checked out with Jeremy and walked out to my car. As I started to drive out of the parking space, I could hear a loud clicking sound that was not there before. I parked and walked back in to let Jeremy know about this noise. He then went to the technician that worked on my vehicle and he pulled my car back in. He let me know that the tires that were placed on my car were slightly larger than they should be. This fix took another 10-15 minutes. All in all, I'm super impressed with Big O' Tires and I'll more than likely never bring anymore of my vehicles to this shop or any other shop.

This team is the BEST in Vegas!!

Somehow right after our visit, our Audi remote key stopped working so we had the battery changed. That did not work, and we had AAA jumpstart the car. They recommend we take it to the Audi dealer to change the car battery and that's what we should have done with the oil change. The car was running perfect before we had the oil changed at your facility.

Rich was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful.

They changed my oil and didn't know how to fix the lite it still showed 20% on my Dash. I had to take it to another Big O to have it done . Very inconvienient.

Would never take my car anyplace else.

All good except punctuality. Service advisor told me to make appointment if I didn't want to wait. I made an 8AM appointment and nobody touched the car until I reminded them I was waiting at 8:30AM. oil change and tire rotation was as expected.

I was having issues with the drive-ability with the car. I thought the tires needed to be balanced. They balanced my tires and I was on your way. The problem with the car was not fixed. I took the car to my mechanic who said I need two new rear tires and that they were bad!!! I paid them nearly $500 for the two new tires instead of Big O Tires because they didn't tell me my tires were bad when they took them off and balanced them! WOW!!

Arrived and no one came up to greet me. I had to walk up to an employee standing out front Smoking.... The person inside had me wait while he was doing paperwork. The similar tire was $30 less at another store but this store was closer.
