Had my car s front end aligned. Have to go back. The steering column is not aligned with the front end due to alignment.

Bought full set of Big O brand tires 21/2 years ago. It is a third car so I didn't drive it that much. Mind you I bought the whole warranty with alignments. Took it in to be rotated and re aligned however they said it had to much play in the suspension to perform an alignment. Ok I understand that however, it is probably in the same condition it was when they sold me the alignment package and performed the first alignment with the 1000$ tires. So I said fine rotate them and let me know when to pick it up. No phone call came so I drove over to pick it up and they wanted to charge me roughly 30$ for the rotation and balance.

I am a little upset with the way I got my car back it looks like they did not put paper down on the driver side floor mat there was grease and oil on th floor mat there was a lot I had to clean the floor mat myself so not very happy about that my wife was very unhappy she said she may not go there again we also spent a lot of money you would think they could do a better job keeping the car clean. I made an appointment for 8:30 AM, so I wouldn't have to wait so long for service. I waited a half-hour & had to go to desk to find out why my Car was not even taken in to Service yet. I Alerted them that it didn't seem to make a difference whether I made Appointment or not, still had to wait. Very polite gentleman at desk got my Car in for Oil, Lube, Filter and ROTATE Tires . The DID NOT Rotate Tires, so he checked with Mechanic, He gave excuse Tires were worn in front and left better worn Tires to the rear. I have a 2010 Cadillac with only 12,000 miles and It certainly doesn't have that much wear on tires and I'm easy on Brakes. We've been coming to Big O for many years , regularly.

I made an appointment online, selected my tires and selected that I wanted new wiper blades. The next morning I received a confirmation email for my appointment and went in. The office didn't have my appointment (apparently you can just hit a button on their end and it automatically confirms). I was squeezed in but ended up paying 3xs my online quote and didn't even get my wipers changed out. The master mechanic had a list of numerous things I needed to get done including a new air filter "dirty/maintenance" which was replaced 2 days prior as well as some major big ticket items totaling $1500. Prior to my visit I had a mechanic look at my car and all I needed were tires. Friendly, clean and busy shop but, after trying the air filter scam, having a confirmed appointment that was lost and paying 3xs my quote for tires I will not be returning. I would like to add after your questionaire that my car still needed an alignment after I left and that wasn't even on the master mechanic's list.

Wasn't greeted for 5 minutes stood at counter watching Richard Gesdings manager sit in his office on phone ( he knew I was standing there no courteous I'll be with u soon) actually had to go around counter and look at him to say hey I'm here- poor poor attribute-repairs were made in timely manner - full 2 axle brake service oil change air filter - used my big o card - over $1,000 so no value for service - probably taking our fleet and personal auto service elsewhere after over 6 years -you all need to work on your greeting the guest and being warm at the counter - picked armada up and Luis services me - mumbled through the invoice no eye contact - he didn't explain how I could apply for the $50 gift card on service - WOW - seemed like the C- team was on that day - thanks for listening if someone actually reads this -

I was the first customer in the door and it took ten minutes of waiting before I could get checked in. When I picked my car up the invoice was incorrect and it took 20 minutes to pay my bill.

Went in for an alignment and was completed in about a hour and half. Manager went over what they did to the camber, toe and caster. Once I drove it off the lot, the car's alignment was still off. Had to go back to the shop and get it adjusted again. After waiting for another hour, my car was done. Apparently they forgot to reset the steering wheel. While walking back to the car, I noticed a bunch of hand marks on the car. There was also visible dirt on the steering wheel and A pillar on the driver's side. Overall, I had a mediocre experience.
