Big O Tires

Went in for a routine maintenance, left with new struts and shocks, new spark plugs. Not sure if this is a good thing or was I taken for a ride.

It's the ONLY place I'll go for tires!!!!

I came in for an oil change and was waiting in the store. There was no communication to me for 2 hours then after I inquired was told I needed breaks.

No charge for a flat tire repair

I went in for a tire repair and the next day my low tire pressure light came back on. A little disappointed since they told me I was good to go.

Had to take my vehicle back twice for the same issue. Other than that, the service is good. This one particular incident was due to sloppy work.

I dropped my daughter's car at my local Big-O for an oil change and tire rotation.They also accomplished an "inspection."I received a telephone call and was told the vehicle needed all 4 shocks replaced (blown and leaking), radiator fluid replaced, rear brakes cleaned and serviced, and they recommended the fuel system be serviced and cleaned.Interestingly, ALL of the additional items had been accomplished within the last 18 months by Big-O at this very shop!I told them not to do anything other than the oil change and tire rotation until I returned.When I arrived with the service receipts in hand, things changed very quickly.The manager had the lead mechanic put the vehicle back on the rack and double check everything - they now found NO problems.The manager apologized and gave me the oil change for free.Not sure if I will return or not - - after 9 years of using THIS shop for servicing my vehicles!

As I did this transaction over the phone for my daughter things might be a little different. Dalton was very helpful on the phone and the tires were put on my daughters car in time for her to leave on a trip. I was disappointed with what I call "Hidden Fees" I would much prefer an "Out the Door" price rather than having, Mount and balance, TPMS rebuild, tire disposal, Road Hazzard, Tire Tax and Sales Tax added in to the price. These fees doubled the price of the tires. Not a performance car or anything like that. I was offered an alignment but not a free alignment check. I was not offered a Cred Card application but again I was on the phone. Dalton was able to get the car in without an appointment and it was finished before expected.

Paid 4 a deal on tires that was buy 3 get 1 free and the tech only installed the two new tires and move the old ones that were in the back to the front the excuse was that the work order was wrong. Had to come back the next day to get the other two tires that we paid for. I was told on the paperwork that the vehicle need an alignment and a few other things that was recommended by mileage. I would like to know if there is any way to compensate for my time that was lost coming back for this issue? Thank you for your time and your understanding.

Clean store & GREAT service! VERY personable staff!

A coupon I received in the mail brought me back to the store, but customer service wasnt very familiar with the coupons. I didn't get that "great" feeling I was looking for. Also I wasnt given a run down of what was done to my car. I left wondering if all the services I paid for were done. I'm satisfied yet not quite. People were friendly but the they seemed over whelmed.
