I have used them for several years and have always been made to feel taken care of. As a single woman, Big O staff have never tried to take advantage or make me feel I dont know anything about my vehicle. They are professional, kind, courteous, helpful.... a great group of people and I will continue to go there for my car repair needs.

Was to get a tire rotation and when I got home noticed that tires were not done . Just wonder if new oil filter was put on ?

I called before I brought my vehicle in and was told that they had my tires in stock (qty 8 on hand) by the manager John Miller. When I arrived I went to lunch as I waited for my vehicle. When I returned from lunch my vehicle's tires were removed but no one was working on the vehicle. It sat for over an hour idle on the lift and then a car pulled up and delivered the tires. It turned out that the tires had to come from a different store. When I got ready to leave I noticed that only one tire had the original metal stem cap with no caps on three tires. I had to tell them that 3 were missing and then they put on black plastic ones. I then had to have them replace them with metal ones. They could not find the original ones so they put on ones that they had laying around. They are a different design and of less quality than the original ones. Overall I was not satisfied with their attention to detail and customer service and would not recommend this location.

Great product and price! I had a 1:00pm appointment scheduled and left after 6:00pm. Seems like an extremely long wait for a basic new tires appointment at a tire shop.

I called to asked how long the wait would be for an oil change. I was told it would be "in and out in under an hour". When I arrived, I was the only one on the store and was told it would be pretty quick. I took a seat. A few minutes later, another gentleman arrived and asked how long it would be for his oil change. He was told 60-90 minutes. One hour later, that gentleman's car was completed and ready. I asked "how mine coming?" and was told that the guys in the bay made a mistake and that they'd start mine now. I was completed in about 20-30 minutes and $10 was taken off my bill as an apology. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate the $10 off, but........... it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I relayed the story to three friends at dinner that night, they were surprised, too. My apologies but I'll be looking for another place to do my next oil change. I might try the Jiffy Lube next door.

Very happy with the work and service.

After oil changed I had a few months ago the engine made noise till engine get warm. I had to change the oil again to solve that problem.
