Big O Tires

I always go to big o for my tires. I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado and this is my first set of tires. The tech did not put the tires back on the same position as they were taken off or did not re-learn the tire position so my truck knows what the pressure of each tire is. The manager on duty said that they did not have the cable that attaches to relearn the tire location. I will have to go to the Chevrolet dealer to have the tire position corrected.

Left front tire has to have a camber. Richard informed me he has ordered it. No one has one in Nevada. Noticed this morning, it's making noise. Will take the car back tomorrow. Of the work preformed last week, $3400 dollars worth, don't know yet if the noise is due to the work done, or not done. Happy with the company in a whole, and like using Big O for all my needs.

Everything went great.

We were traveling with a car full of kids on a hot day. They got our vehicle in right away and repaired the flat, recommended a place next door for lunch , and got us on our way. Well done!

I stopped in for a tire repair. They were very busy but scheduled me to come back later that day, which I did. The only issue was a lack of communication with the staff as they had the car jacked up to remove the wrong tire. Other than that, I was very satisfied and will probably look their way when tire buying time comes around

It was okay. Honestly the cost was a bit to much. The discounts offered are small, didn't make much difference on what I finally had to pay. It'll be nice if when the recommend a service outside of what you went for, they should walk you out to the bay where your car is being serviced and point out where and what the problem is.

I used this shop yesterday, needed to get a wheel replaced. The Manager was brilliant and the customer service was simply outstanding. The whole process was efficient/effective and amazingly fast. An all round excellent experience. Thanks BIG O'TIRES Charleston.

Even though I made an Appointment, which I was told would be approximately a half hour for an Oil Change, Filter and Rotate Tires, I had to wait from 8:00 A.M to l0:45 A.M.. The reason for making an Appointment is so I won't have to wait so long when not feeling well.. I made the appointment well in advance also. I will say the Personnel, Tim and Nick were very courteous, but that did not help the WAIT'

Service was great and fast! They were able to get me right in, patch my tire and top off my fluids, all free of charge. I've been a customer of BigO for years and always have a great experience.

My tire got slashed and they were anoe to get me in right away. They were super friendly and inspected other things on the car as well. They even put oil in my vehicle. The only things I would improve is cleanliness of the customers vehicle. The tires I just spent hundreds of dollars on looked used and dirty. My rims had more dirt on them then when I pulled in. My nice new and clean beige interior, now has grease marks that may never come out and will affect the value of my car.

Christopher was excellent. We were stuck in Primm and we called your store and Christopher made arrangements to order tires for our BMW prior to us arriving there by tow truck and he had them installed upon our arrival. Great job!
