Big O Tires

When it comes to servicing one's car? It seems prudent to give a couple of experiences BEFORE you comment on the overall evaluation of whether this can and will be? A reliable place to service one's car. Not good to "kneejerk" but rather? Evaluate a couple experiences...

Great customer service,

Everything on my visit was great, but my "two hour wait" ended up being more than 4 hours. Not a major issue as I did not wait at the store, but I didn't even get a call until 30 minutes before closing (530pm) when I dropped the vehicle off just after 1pm. But the service itself was top-notch.

Moe is fantastic

Everything for the most part went well. I was told initially it would be 1 hour to 1.5 hrs maximum for an oil change and tire rotation. it was approximately 2 hours 15min or so until i received my car.. this is why you did not receive a perfect score.

great timely service

I brought my car in because the 'check engine' light came on. They hooked it up and performed a diagnostic and advised that nothing was wrong ... I had the AC charged and had a part put in that I purchased to repair the convertible top ... to the tune of $386.00. NOW the check engine light came on AGAIN, so it's back to Big O I go!

I showed up and meet Eddie at counter. Explained I needed oil change and in a limited time. Work got done before my deadline and was amazing. The shop informed my of items I needed to get done. I ask for a price for those items was told they would call me with it later on but never did. Great timing not so great follow up

Great staff and exceptional manager.

Very personable, Phil and Pedro were very nice. Glad we found Big O near where we live. Said the work would take 45 minutes, and it was done on time, we appreciated that.

Great place for a quick oil change. The staff are very helpful and honest with their recommendations. The only con is not arriving on time for the 7:00 am appointments. The staff arrived 15 minutes late.

Quick-friendly-expensive. I could have gotten the work done cheaper at several different places. The reliability of Big O and the added value of having stores across the country were my choice to have the work done here.

I never get out of the repair shop without being there for a long time and always with a 700 or 800 bill for my next visit, no matter what make, model or year car I take in there. Scary stuff!

Quick friendly and efficient

The cashier was wonderful, they performed an oil change, but they didn't rotate my tires as expressed in offer. It took about 2 hours for the oil change due to the business of the shop
