I went in for an oil change, however, they did not check the air in my tires.I drove to San Diego the next day and my tire pressure light came on.All four tires were low.

My first time getting an oil change here. My car has 72k miles. I always feel suspiciously weary when the technicians call to upsell you a product or service... They said I need a new air filter, I said OK to the $41 air filter. They recommended three flushes (coolant, brake fluid, and engine) in addition to wanting to replace my struts. I believe I got those three flushes done at my 60k mile maintenance at my dealership (I recall paying $250 last year, so I assume that was part of the deal). As for my struts, now I'm afraid to drive long distance (was gonna go on a roadtrip this week). I'm not sure what to believe or if should go back to my dealership to get a second opinion.

Called the night before closing and was able to get in first thing the next morning. Service rep was very helpful.

The guys were nice and helpful and did a good job but while they told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half - it was three. I planned for two hours just in case but my son was waiting outside school for me for over an hour by himself. I felt really horrible about it. I had full tires replaced on my porsche and realignment but they seemed to take a lot of repairs and smaller jobs ahead of me. I toke time off work to be able to get this done and went the day before to have them order the tires and schedule a time for an appointment. Just felt like they could have been better about it - I spend $1200 and they were filling people's tires with air for free.

All of that was fine but at the end of the day, as a consumer I need value, and unfortunately coffee drinking and tv watching doesn't save me money. I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years , I've probably spent $15,000 with you guys and everyone is always very nice and helpful. But when I get a quote to replace my rear differential for $2600- (and that's with a "�deal' per Moe - whom I really like), and then I go and get a quote from a shop my buddy recommended down closer to the 15 and the price is $1400- , that's not even close. Makes me question all of the business I've ever given you and how much I e probably been taken advantage of. Sorry, but loyalty is a 2 way street.

Everyone was super nice at your store. I had a fleet vehicle and my company spent a lot of money on new tires. When I received the car back, I couldn't tell they were new tires and some tire shine would have made them look shiny and new, but none was used. After spending over $700 at your store, I felt like because it was a "fleet"� the new tire look was completely overlooked. Nothing was cleaned up, the rims and tires were both covered in a film which shows the car had been worked on however, I would have liked to have seen a more new and shiny look. I would like to send my husband's Mercedes to you but I'd like to know that his tires are going to look shiny and new.

I go to the west Charleston BIG O store because their mechanic MO is there. Mo does excellent work as well as a very knowledgeable mechanic. There seems to be a lot of turnover in the office and you have to be very, very explicit on what your needs are. I always speak to MO to make sure he knows what I need done.

MR Rhee, I appreciate the opportunity to comment on my experience. Follow up is important as you might be able to look back and see that I stopped being a customer for several years due to several dishonest experiences. Your business missed out on tires, AC system, shocks, struts, breaks and numerous oil changes as I stopped patronizing your Big O and no one ever followed up to see why. Follow up is critical to success. Remember, hope is not a strategy and if you don't ask the right questions, you won't get useful feedback. Ron Stiscak 941-456-5126

I live in Jackson, WY and Big O takes care of my tires on both of my vehicles. Big O in Jackson recently changed my winter tires changed out for my summer tires. Living in Jackson I did not have an opportunity to dive over 50 mph until I took a trip to Las Vegas. Once over 65 mph a tire had a strong vibration. Upon arrival in Vegas I went to Big O located on West Charleston Blvd. I explained the situation to Richard Geddings (Manager). His immediate response was "we'll take a look and make it right." Big O (Vegas) balanced the tires but one tire would not balance due to a broken tire pressure sensor that Mr. Geddings stated was likely "broken loose" when the summer tires were mounted. Big O (Vegas) ordered the replacement part, installed it and balanced the tire. However Mr. Geddings noted their store did not have the electronic gizmo to reset the tire monitoring system and suggested I get that done upon my return to Jackson. Overall Mr. Gedding did a great job of taking ownership of my problem. I feel he represented Big O very well.

I am happy to see that Richard is still on site as the manager. I am disappointed that they did not rotate and balance my tires as I requested. It was noted on the service slip, that it was completed. The tech decided it didn't need done without informing anyone. I have had these tires that I purchased here for over a year and a half and they have not been rotated. I did mark the tires again, so that I can confirm if they were rotated. NOT done.

I have been going to my Big O for 6 or 7 years, and for the most part have always been treated very well..... friendly people, know what they are doing, do their best for me. I brought my car in this last time for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for 3+ hours, My only complaint is I feel I should have been advised that their was only one tire guy working, and they were very busy. For me, whether with you guys, or at the doctor, or wherever.... if there will be a wait, just talk to me..... explain why there is a bit of a delay..... I am fine with that. Ignoring me and hoping I dont realize what is happening really tightens my jaw. It is rude. The employees are very cordial and helpful and nice. Moe is awesome and takes good care of my car. I came in for a bit of a wait, but for something that should have taken no more than an hour, should not have been over 3 hrs. Just talk to me and let me know what is going on. And I will go back to my Big O again. Thank you
