4 New Michelin Defender 265/65R18 Tires and front end alignment. Mileage was 137,800.

Great service, patched my tire for free!

Only problem was a van on the alignment rack couldn't be moved and I had to wait and then eventually leave to be called back when it was ready for me to have an alignment done.

Always great service and this is why I continue to recommend and go here for my car.

I was told to all the day before so they had brakes there when I came they told me I would be done in a he well thank God I went home it was 4 hrs later when I got my car and then I still had to go back because I was hearing a grinding in my car so I was not to pleased with all that

The only criticism I had was that I was told it would take 45 minutes for my oil change-it took an hour and a half. On the positive side the customer service rep was friendly.

The day I took my truck in to have new tires put on the service was outstanding. The issue I have,, is the service after the installation. I had a nail in my tire and called in the morning to bring my truck in to have looked at. I know first thing in the morning the shop is busy. But the person who answered the phone said he would call me right back. I knew right away this was not true as he never asked for my number and just hung up. I was looking for a neighborhood place to bring my vehicles for service. Guess I will keep looking.

Having to go to an automotive service shop is always a nightmare because they always try to upsell you and tell you that your car required more parts and service that it actually needs. I always plan for the worst. I arrived with a nail in my tire hoping to get it patched. The manager let me know that because of the placement of the nail that I would need a new tire. He looked up a match for my tire, found one in stock, and the price was reasonable, in my opinion. I was happy with the process and service.

Used your service,your staff entered the incorrect mileage on the receipt which could be interpreted by the dealer as a very serious lack of required maintenance on my part& was told the error could not be corrected once entered into your computer This was for an oil change

I feel confident taking my car here and appreciate the service. Seems like a lot of turnover and new people lately but Richard is a constant and that is AWESOME!

I went in for an oil change. I received great customer service and the work was done in a timely manner. I even took the car back two days later because my tire pressure light was on and they immediately looked at my car and took care of it.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT THIS LOCATION FOR 4 YEARS NOW. I CONTINUE TO BRING MY BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF MOE IN THE SHOP. I BELIEVE HIM TO BE ALWAYS HONEST TO ME. THIS IS MY MAJOR CONCERN WHEN GETTING REPAIRS PERFORMED.
