Mo was waiting for me out front as my tow truck pulled up to drop off my car. Pedro was fantastic in helping to coordinate the parts and repair effort that was needed to make all the necessary repairs. As always, the Team (Mo, Pedro, and Richard) was very accommodating and helpful, and my car was up and running within a day at a very reasonable price.

I had a flat tire and Big O on Charleston in LV was the only tire store open on Sunday. They took care of me professionally and promptly. I was very impressed and very pleased! They won over a new customer for sure!

This store is the closest to my residence. The store where I purchased tires has closed. This store was eager to honor the warranties extended by the closed store. I appreciate their service.

Stopped by due to a puncture in our front tire. Someone helped us immediately after walking in. He was very friendly and told us that a flat repair was a free service. They had it fixed quickly and even installed it and replaced the donut and topped everything off. They wouldn't even accept a tip. One of the best experiences I've had at a mechanic. I'll definitely be bringing our vehicles there whenever we need service and will share our experience with others.

Everything about the shop is GREAT. The people, the service, the knowledge. Would never take my car any place else. The coffee is also great.

Was welcomed to the store by tech and manager. They took my vehicle and started right away because I got there when they opened. Did a great job and got me on the road quickly, repaired my tire and spoke to me regarding other services they offer.

I come here purely for personality. You could go to any tire shop and get it fixed but if you come here you'll be treated right and everyone is in a good mood. Good Personality is what will keep me coming back.

Very good experience, just went in for an oil change and they charged the price advertised on an online coupon. No hidden costs or trying to say they needed to upgrade the service/fix something that wasn't necessary. They did go over everything afterwards, and did give a couple quotes on some areas of the car that could use attention which was nice. The guy working was extremely friendly and had great customer service. Highly recommended, great experience overall!
