Big O Tires

I have been coming to this location for years, but only for tires (well, when you call yourself Big O Tires, you might have a branding issue there). Once I realized they do all automotive repairs I started bringing in my vehicles for everything. They don't disappoint. In fact, two times they didn't charge me at all because they said my vehicle didn't need repairs. They have all my business now for my personal and company vehicles, a total of five vehicles/trucks. I recommend them without hesitation.

Eric was the person assisting me on purchasing 2 new tires for my Tahoe. He got them for me within a day. Had him visually check my brakes and he gave me measurements that will last a lot longer. Also found some worn parts and recommendations for repair. I told him his mechanic, MOE has been doing the repairs on my Tahoe since 2011 and I'll wait til first part of January for repairs, front struts which had a lifetime warranty when Moe installed back in 2011...

I had purchased a new set of tires at this shop last year and then had a full brake job done about 3,000 miles ago. The people there are both very friendly and very professional and most of all I trust them to tell me the truth and be honest, and they have not disappointed me!!

Love Big-O ... the customer service guys (Eric) and the mechanics are all very courteous and honest, and they explain everything they will do to the car and why it needs to be done so that the customer can make an informed decision. I enjoy getting the truth from a mechanic (which is not done at Purrfect auto!) I always take my cars to Big-O and will continue to do so as long as they stay honest. It's hard, sometimes, for a female to get honest and direct service from a car repair shop ... Big-O always makes me feel special and I like that. Thanks guys!!!

Thanks for your quick service and professional work. A gentleman by the name of Quincy help me and was spot on! I like the fact that he took me out to the car to do a quick check on other things that could have been wrong with the car. This type of service is rare now a days. Thanks for the top-notch service.

Great service

I came in to replace a battery I had bought that was under warranty. They were able to locate my warranty and went above and beyond by calling the server in Florida to locate the information on the old system. I was very pleased. The battery was replaced in no time. I don't think I was there more than an hour.

Had my car towed in with a flat. Turned out to be just low air, no nail, no puncture. No need for a new tire and No charge! Thank you Big O Tires! I highly recommend them!

I was greeted by Nick who was super nice. I had gotten a nail in my tire and my car was only 2 weeks old. Nick was sympathetic, especially when we found out that my tire could only be a bought from the dealer since it was so new. Then Pat graciously changed my tire and put my spare on. He was knowledgeable and even showed me things about my new car I didn't know. I was in intrigued by the way the spare was taken down so Pat had me come closer to take a look and explained what was going on. He really seemed to care. Usually workers push you out so they can right to the next customer but every ok next took their time with me until I left c ok completely satisfied. Thank you Big O.

I came in for front brakes to be replaced. After the mechanic removed my wheels and inspected the brakes I was told that the brakes were fine and didn't need to be replaced. Honest guys. I was impressed essd. Also no charge to inspect. I was impressed.

I was very anxious about servicing my 2013 ATS Cadillac. The oil change warning had appeared and I had never gone anywhere but Cadillac for servicing. I also had many technical questions about how to hook up a battery tender and no one seems to know the answer. Several months ago my wife had taken in her Mazda Miata and BigO had done a superb job....so, I took the chance and brought in the Cadillac....nervous about the wait, the oil quality, and re-setting the oil system. RICHARD WAS SUPERB....Monday morning: started service in 15 minutes...knew which high grade synthetic oil, re-set the system, found spare tire valve after checking the air, and FINALLY told and SHOWED me how to easily hook up a battery tender even though the battery for this model is, in fact, in the trunk. I was thrilled to find such wonderful close service. Price reasonable and coupon honored toward bill! Big O is my "go to" place
