Big O Tires

I had a flat tire. The replacement tire was in stock. There was about an hour wait. We went shopping while they replaced our tire. They called us when it was done. They put the new tire on and my spare back in the trunk. Everything went smooth, fast, and easy. Thank You.

Came in early for my appt but was seen immediately. Had a tire that was continuously losing air despite adding air multiple times. Technician found 2 nails and repaired the tire - for free! Will be back!

I picked up a Razor blade in one of the tires on my truck and needed a replacement asap as I was moving that day. The guy who helped me at the counter that day not only got it done quickly but also helped me out on the price as I was in a pinch. Great customer service couldn't ask for better!

Took my care in for squeeky breaks. Surprised by the knowledge and expertise of the technician to solve the solution... didn't expect to pay for the parts and services associated with it, but am truly happy I did as my car is in better condition and no more noise from when I break.

Very nice handsome young men. Manager had some jokes.. "Let me show you where your front and back axles are cracked" OMG I only came in for an oil change... It wasn't my jeep thank god, but great laugh� Awesome group of guys!!!

They are very customer service oriented. I have been going to Mo (the mechanic) for years. He's extremely knowledgeable and always does a great job. The manager Richard is awesome. He always puts the needs of the customer first, and I really respect and and appreciate that.

Brought in a Jeep spare tire and wheel for mounting and balancing. Took them 5 minutes and at a fair price. Asked about brining in the old wheels and tires for disposal. They took them for free. Would recommend to friends and family.

I called the day before and made an appointment for the next morning at 7am. I wanted to be the first customer there because I had other things at home I had to take care of urgently. The Manager RICHARD was a "gem". He immediately took me a bit before 7, and set me up and with another mechanic IMMEDIATELY started working on my car. Full system check, oil change and new battery..lots of work and knowledge needed because battery was in the trunk of ATS under the lining of the trunk. However, I was out by 8am. WONDERFUL SERVICE & RICHARD DESERVES A COMMENDATION!!!!

Prompt service and I was extremely pleased with the results.

Over the past 6 years I haved always used Big O for the car services needed on my S550 Mercedes cars. The service personnel only do work that is needed during scheduled maintenence saving a lot of money. They are much less expensive compared to the exorbitant prices charged by the Mercedes dealerships. They even repair my leaking car tires for no charge!!! I find the Summerlin location to be honest and highly professional and will continue to use and recommend them.
