I went there for an oil change and called before hand about a promotion they had going on. I asked them about any additional charges since my car takes more than the average 5 quarts, and I was told what the new price would be. It was barely any extra but I took my car in anyway. They were quick, friendly, and best of all, I was charged exactly what they told me previously on the phone! I have gone to two other places that would quote me one price over the phone for the extra oil then charge a lot more once I brought my car in. They were honest from the start. Their price was good and their service and friendliness was outstanding! I am definitely coming back here once I need another oil change!

The day before I had all my tires replaced at another shop. I went for a drive and ALL my tires went flat. Seems the other shop had not put in new valve stems. The guys all came out to look at four flat new tires. It was actually comical and they took care of everything.

I just want to say that it's a pleasure to have found a place that I feel comfortable bringing my vehicles to have serviced. I was helped by Richard Geddings and Phil. Their awesome! Thank you.

There was a couple of "hick-ups" as the size tires we purchased were sent from the warehouse as a different size. And because of the lateness of the day we had to wait till the next day to get our vehicle. That being said, the manager was nice enough to drive me home which was very much appreciated.

I brought two vehicles in for oil changes. I got that plus I saw both vehicles up on the lift, with all four tires off. When I asked what was going on, I was shown a check list of systems that were being checked as part of the service. I was impressed. Nothing wrong was found and the cars were ready fairly quickly. The price was good too.

Sure the coffee maker looks like shit, but damn it's some good coffee. Eric and his guys did a fantastic job getting my car road worthy and installing new tires. I appreciate their always present professionalism and pro-tip advice. And I'm not kidding about the coffee, it's dang tasty.

The entire experience was dedicated to Customer Satisfaction. The Manager, Johnathan was very observant. My daughter & I were sitting in waiting room after returning from an errand waiting on tires to come from warehouse. He was busy, but I assumed my 4 tires had arrived & they would be installing them while we wait. They had not arrived yet. John saw us and let us know it may be much later before they arrive. We were able to leave. He called me the moment they did get them, but it was late in the day. He allowed me the option to return in the morning for installation. EXCELLENT! I also noticed that EVERY employee was aware if a customer needed help; they offered it, or got someone who could if they couldn't. It was, to my recollection, in my 70 years on this planet to be the most pleasant, albeit costly, experience for me from a Customer based business.

Great Service ... and Then Some!!: This place should be called Big O ... but rather Big Mo! He is the first wrench EVER, to pick up the phone and call me and tell me I didn't need something. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone but him!!

I like Big O because you get free patch ups for your tires and they also checked my other tires and my fluids. I have never had a bad experience at Big O.
