Great service

Took the price of fluid off as I brought my own. Brought items that need attention up, but said said i could wait a few more thousand. (no pressure) Cleaned my engine spotless to my surprise.

Always come to Big O, twice in the last month for a patch and each time was dealt with quickly and professionally. One of the times the nail didnt even puncture and wasnt a biggie for them to check it out. Always tip these guys they kill the tire game.

Fast, friendly service.

I arrived about 15 minutes before closing needing a battery check. No problem even though they were finishing a number of other cars. I needed a new battery and the manager was happy to take care of me even though it was past the closing time. I have been doing business with Big O for years and have always been very satisfied with their products and service. I highly recommend Big O.

I was treated so well and offered coffee and donuts. The screw that was in my tire was fixed quickly and for free. They were very busy this Sunday morning but treated everyone that came in with kindness and professionalism. It's so nice to know that there is still customer service like this out there!

Super fast service with a smile!

The gentleman behind the counter was Eric. He immediately went outside looked at my situation and asked if I would like to wait as there were a few people ahead of me. He then said i will call you in a shortly to let me know if he could fix the situation. He did call and said the situation could not be fixed but it was under Warranty and he would have a new one in the following day. He calls the following morning and I bring my vehicle in and 20 minutes later I'm good to go. Good man and great service.

The employees and the service absolutely FANTASTIC. Best of all John the Manager.Would never take my car any place else. Also sent many friends there. All feel the same way.

You guys are the best! Had a screw in my tire on my new car. The screw was removed and patched and I was on my in 45 minutes. Guess what - no charge!
