Friendly and competent staff, Isidro Perez took care of changing the oil in my GTI. He got it all done pretty quick, installed the factory filter and replacement drain plug I provided. Unused Oil was neatly put back on the back seat where I had brought my oil in to begin with. He took care of resetting the board computer’s automated oil change reminder message which is a bit tricky. I wish all car service interactions were that stress free.
