Big O Tires

I could not have asked for a better experience getting new tires. Richard and Eric were top notch from start to finish. I would definitely go back in the future with my other vehicles.

Tire sale ended one week earlier & they would not give me any kind of discount even though I have been a regular customer for years. Disappointing.

Andrew and the whole staff at Big O (near Summerlin Costco) were a pleasure to work with as the summer already has taken it toll on my vehicles.They worked to get us a fair price and the work was excellent.One issue was the repair of my AC.It cooled perfectly driving through the 114 degree desert last weekend!

This is my go to 'fix my car' store. I've had a couple of mechanics in my 14 years of living here and Big O is the most honest. I've been to other places, Perfect Auto and Sun Auto, that fixed one problem and caused another. Once they were exposed (they were breaking things in my car so I'd have to keep coming back) I never went there again and would take my car to Los Angeles for repairs and service. Once I began to trust Big O, it's been a great experience. I've never had to question their honesty, their repairs or their service and will keep bringing my car to them and will and have recommended them to others. Big O does not treat me like a 'silly female' and explain every step they are going to take to accomplish what needs to be done.

Thank you for this great Big O store here in Summerlin. They were very busy, but still took the time and trouble to help. It was very nice that Moe greeted me before I even got to the door.

The associates I dealt with were polite and knowledgeable--and my service was done in a timely matter.

The staff at this location has been very helpful on several occaisons when I have had something lodged in my tire that needed quick removal and repair. They have always taken the car right in and fixed as soon as possible to get me on my way. Their quick and professional service is very much appreciated!

My Car arrived by tow truck at Big-O on West Charleston just before closing. No problem. Ernie and crew took the vehicle in and I was back on the road 30 minutes later. Thanks, Ernie! Great job!!

I have been going to this Big O for 16 years.That in itself says alot. Everyone there is professional, reasonable, knowledgeable, caring and awesome!Moe is the man!, the best! We have used them from simple oil changes to the bigger jobs. Never a problem.

The shop was extremely busy I did not have an appointment but they still took the time to take care of me and did a very good job doing so

Took my car in as I had a screw in the tire. The service manager was cordial and helpful. The tire was repaired properly and in a timely manner. I will start bringing my car for service to your facility instead of my Ford dealer
