Big O Tires

I was involved in a road hazard incident and my car became undriveable and I pulled into the parking lot of the store. They inspected my car and told me of the gravity of my problem. They allowed me to await my towing and even told me that if I couldn't get the needed help they would allow me to leave my car locked up for the night. I did not have to do that but I will remember this station and use them in the future. I will also make it a point to tell my folks of the service that they offered me. Believe me, that goes a long way with me as I was totally lost because of my shock and unexpected situation. The staff had a heart and I appreciate that. Thank you.

Service was quick! Great price for tire!

The Big O located at Hacienda and Charleston is the only place I will trust my vehicle with for service. They have saved me thousands of dollars in unneccessary repairs other big name shops have said I needed. They have always been fair in pricing and dependable for getting the job done right and stand behind everything they do!

Customer service

Although I couldn't get my tire fixed because of the type of damage, the people were very helpful. I ended up buying a new tire and will be back when my other vehicle needs new tires.

I received excellent service from both James and the other counter person who's name I, unfortunately, do not remember. They were friendly and helpful and made the transaction very easy.

I recently moved to Vegas. Javier, John and the rest of the staff @ Big O Tires provided me with a great set of tires @ a reasonable price. They provided me with a completion time and made it. The Customer Service provided was outstanding and the waiting area and restroom is clean and comfortable.

James was so helpful and called me regarding the service needed on my car...He really has been the best big O Tire employee I've ever worked with...He deserves a big raise!!! Super effient!

I went in for an oil change which was very quick. There was virtually no wait. The guys were very nice and fun to talk to. Waiting room was very spacious and clean. I even came back the next day with my other car and the service was equally as good as the first. They had more business that day so the wait was longer, but that's expected. Overall, it's my new go to place.

Very friendly manager and mechanic. I was confident and at ease that I could get my daughters vehicle back on the road in a timely manner and she and her boyfriend could make the 10 + hour back to school with safe brakes. Thank you. Price was right also. RON

The team was fabulous! Instead of trying to sell me a tire, like the competitors down the street, Big O concluded that they could patch my tire and it would drive fine and they didn't even charge me! Such an nice surprise and they made my day:)

Excellent in every way. I always buy my tires at Big O- the quality, price and informative staff give me all the options, answer all my questions straightforward and the final decision is my own, with no "steering" to one particular brand when making a sale. On this occasion I made an appointment (rather than being a "walk-in") for just a simple rotation and balance- which is a tire-lifetime inclusion when you buy your set of tires there- and I was taken care of promptly and fully as expected. I couldn't be happier with the service and I was quickly riding smooth and happy again. Lifetime customer for sure!

These guys are always on their game!Whether I go in on an appointment, or hobbling in on a flat, I'm greeted with a smile, my truck gets pulled in as I sit down and before I know it, I'm out the door!The guys back there really seem to like working there and it shows - and they respect my vehicle!

Checked my tires for free, discovered an oil leak and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price.

I came in for a wheel alignment. I have had sub par alignments before at dealerships and other Tire shops. Here they finished faster than I expected; and the alignment was perfect. It is amazing what a difference a spot on alignment can make even on a cheap 2003 Hyundai with 150,000 + miles on it. Thank-you.
