Big O Tires

The problem I had a a simple battery replacement in my 1995 Corvette. The thing that I appreciated was the fast service performed on my vehicle, and the fact your store did not try to deceive me by attempting to claim my alternator was defective. I thank you greatly.......

My parents come to Big O Tires all the time for the service of their cars, so I feel most comfortable at this shop! They informed me of the promotions they had at the time, how much the service would cost, what was included, and how long the service would be! The service was quicker than they said, which I thought was very cool and professional! Although, it's disappointing they can't take tips, I feel like the team definitely deserves them! I'm a happy returning customer!

The customer service I always receive at this Big O location (W. Charleston) is always very good - yesterday’s was no exception. Tires we special ordered, delivered, and installed in the same day and things could not have gone better or smoother.

Took my Tahoe in for front end work. Struts replace by Big O in 2011 were leaking and I was told these were lifetime warranty by the Mgr in 2011. Come to find out these were not and the current mgr, Richard was able to provide factory struts at cost and minimal labor charge due to the prior Mgr info.

The knowledge and friendliness of staff.

Eric Giffin answered the phone and I explained my problem trying to install new brake rotors. He told me to bring the car right over and they could install them in a couple of hours. His service and professionalism was great. I'll always come back

I went in for air and the associate provide insight on my brakes. I decided to have the brakes fixed and was able to schedule an appointment for the same afternoon. I went in and got the brakes (front and back) replaced.

I have been a Big O Customer since the 80's.I was having trouble with my tires on a new used car I purchased 2 months ago and called this location to see if I could bring my car down and was told there would be no problem.When I arrived I was greeted by Jeremy who I had talked to on the phone.They checked my tires and unfortunately I had several issues with the tires and they showed me all the issues.I ended up with new tires but had no choice and Jeremy kept me informed of everything going on and how long it would be.From start to finish I think it was 2 hours.Very happy with this location and will be doing business here from now on.

They overextended ourselves I called many times and asked 1,000,001 questions and they were still professional

To be honest I really am lifetime customer of this place..every time I go they exceed my expectations. I will go out of my way to go to this location. Maybe I could save a couple of bucks at a different place but I dont even bother to check since I know how my experience will be here.

I needed a new battery. The new battery was installed in reasonable time considering I was a walk in customer.
