Big O Tires

Was a great first time experience. I told them I had a slow leak in my rear tire. They found the leak, patched it up in about 25 mins. I went to pay, and they told me it was a courtesy item they do for everyone. I was really blown away. I actually felt bad there was no one to pay. I didn't realize they do more than just tires, so I am happy to go back. It was spacious and very professional setting

Easy and concise service. I came in for tires and a check engines light. There was no pressure to up-sell, just laid out my options. They explained in detail what the options were and made it easy to make a decision to fit my budget and time constraints.

From the moment I walked into the store the previous day looking for tires, until I left the next day having them installed. The employees were outstanding. I had a 10:00 am appointment and when I arrived they let me know they were running behind. They kept me notified of the progress of putting on new tires on my truck. I was impressed with the way the manager handled a customer that was being obnoxious and the way he calmed him down. Thank you for all you do. I have found my tire store.

Regular customer friendly service

I get all my tires here. The other day I went in with a tire that kept going down. They took a screw out of the tire and fixed it at no charge. It's still inflated to pressure, so they fixed it well. Highly recommended!

time to install 4 new tires and a complete front and rear brake job along with a front end alignment took a lot less time than I expected, and the job was done well to my complete satisfaction

Always super friendly and helpful. I stopped in just to check my tire pressure, they filled the tire checked for a flat and didn't charge me. Will always use them for any service needs!
