Big O Tires

Went to get a flat repaired and when they finished they didn't even charge me a cent. Previously they have helped me with tire air pressure (kind of hard to find at gas stations these days) and also they did it free. Any company that treats people this good deserves to stay in business and so when I need tires I know where I'm going to purchase them.. Keep up the great work and I see you when I buy my next set of tires.

Came in for a tire rotation without an appointment. Associate was friendly asked pertinent questions and was done in under 20 minutes. Excellent overall experience.

I made an appointment for 2:30, I got tied up at work and was 10 minutes late; the team was still able to get my oil change done in 20 minutes!

Every time I take my cars by for air in the tires, they are always very friendly and never charge me. When I brought my car in for a new tire, they said it would take 1 to 1/2 hours and it only took 33 minutes! Everyone is always so nice and helpful here.

Pete (I think that's the name of the sales guy) was busy training and helping multiple customers at the same time, but worked very hard at staying up-beat and making sure everyone was taken care of.

It's refreshing to have a senior, qualified mechanic who takes the time to show you exactly what is required and diagnoses the problem as opposed to guessing and being wrong at your expense.I had problems with Big O recently, but under new management and a great mechanic, have had my faith restored in this company.

Zach was very friendly with the check in and out process. He was very detailed in the out processing of my vehicle and pointed out everything that was completed.

Charles was very helpful and understanding of what I needed for tires. I had spent hours of research and calling around trying to figure out what we needed and for the right price. I made multiple calls back to him and he was friendly and patient every time. When I came in for my appointment Charles was busy with another customer and Jeremy helped me. He got me taken care of so I could get out of there quickly. When I got back the car was done as promised. They had found some other problems and called my husband worked with him on price and getting a credit line set up. Everyone there is so nice. They get to you quickly and with a smile. The prices are the best in town and I called everywhere. Thank you for excellent customer service!

My vehicle had a vibration another shop did not fix. The manager took the time to explain possible causes and walked through each test towards finding the solution. I am extremely happy the issue was resolved. Great experience.
