Big O Tires

I shopped around for deals on regular maintenance services. A synthetic oil change and tire rotation.Both Pep Boys and Sears came in $25 more For less services because Big O has the "Ready For Road Trip" package. These guys never missed a beat. I made an online reservation. It was confirmed ACCURATELY! When I showed up they expected me. They said 45 minutes and it was done on time. It was a better experience than the service at Lexus.

Your staff handled everything that I needed and also I was late to the Appt however they were very accommodating and I so appreciated that.. there was a new employee there training and he was just wonderful and very attentive even though he was new.. your lucky to have him..

Greetings, I walked in just a few minutes before closing today 7/15/2017, at 113 degrees in Las Vegas, greeted with a smile by Andy Keophimphone. I was distraught since I had issues with my battery today. I was amazed that he didn't say we're getting ready to close, or look at his watch for the time. There was also a young man that was at the door between the dock and the office, smiling and letting me know that Andy will take good care of me. Andy asked me a few questions and the took my keys to look at the vehichle for additional information and asked me to stay in the air conditioned office . (YAY!)....I then asked back for my keys to collect my cell phone I left in the van. Another young man came to get the van, and I had asked that he please look at the battery to make sure it actually needed replacing. Sorry...I didnt get a name, but he was very courteous. He returned with a print out that claimed it to be a bad battery. I asked him if he can install it today and he said he absolutley can!...The price was better than the previous locations I had visited today due to a very tight budget....and when I inquired about a senior discount I was advised it was offered on Sundays. I said I will have to return tomorrow for the discount and Andy offered me the discount so I wouldn't have to drive with a bad battery. I was so overwhelmed with his kindess and customer service by him and all the fellow employees. I work in customer service myself and know the impact of good and bad customer service to a business. I want to commend you on your staff at the 10127 W Charleston location in Las Vegas. I am a very satisfied cutomer and will make Big O Tires my place to go as well as recommend your business to others. Most cordially, Ester Engel

Zach was very friendly and let me know that they were a little behind but my car was still done in a very reasonable time. They took the time to check my check engine light as well and were a great help!

I had recently come in twice. Once for an oil change and battery replacement and a second time for a tire problem and was fitted with 4 new tires. Early in the morning I heard an odd sound under the car and thought perhaps a mistake was made. In the middle of the day when Big O was really busy I anxiously drove over and Mr. RICHARD GEDDINGS came out and IMMEDIATELY put the car up on rack and found the problem..a loose bumper guard under the car hitting left front tire. SUPERB SERVICE

I was very anxious about my wife's car...a little Mazda Miata as it had not been serviced for a while. I had passed this Big O Tire time and again and finally decided to bring it in. THE SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE! Absolutely, prompt, professional and honest. MR> CHARLES MEREDITH was incredible....he was absolutely concerned with immediately attending to the car and making me feel comfortable and checking it out completely at the best possible price.......I felt after I had left that I found my auto place and I found my auto person. A terrific place!!!!!

I'm a regular customer of this location and I have always had very good experience there. The staff members is always willing to help and also very knowledgeable and of course very friendly. If I come just to get air pressure on my tires I do not have to wait because they are always willing to assist the customers right away.

Last night while driving home, my dashboard indicated I had low air pressure in the left rear tire. It was getting lower this morning. I drove to Big O Tires on West Charleston. I was told by the Manager, Mike Williams, that it would be "an hour or so" until I could be helped. In less than 30 minutes, an attendant called me and worked on the tire. He removed a large screw and patched the tire. The whole process took ten minutes or so! When I went to Mike to pay, he told me "No charge!" AMAZING!!! WHAT A GREAT WAY TO TREAT A NEW CUSTOMER!!! Thanks so much, Mike Williams and the entire Big O TIre Team!!!

Zach was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tires I wanted weren’t in stock and he showed me other options. Once my truck was done, he called and sent a text. Check in and check out we’re very easy. Great job!

The assistant manager was very rude to all of his employees, and he acted like the entire world was falling down as soon as they got busy, he was freaking out on his employees, pretty sure the managers name was Eric. He was very nice to me, but I can't stand when you have the attitude that you're better then everyone and every comment to them was almost condencending when he didn't even know what was going on, the manager I believe it was Richard came in and COMPLETELY diffused the situation and was able to bring a calm to the store, with such a go getter, everything is gonna be alright I'll take care of it for you attitude. The assistant manager would of gotten an earful if that manager hadn't been so good at his job and such an easy going attitude.

Easy, In and out when dropping off my car and picking up. Staff is courteous.

I've been battling some issue with my front suspension for several years. Other dealers fixed it for a little while and then it would return. I decided to give Big O a chance, hoping they could figure this out. Charles and team did some repairs, that helped, but didn't fix the problem. I went back and he spent a lot of time, and invested in parts to see if they solved the issue before ever calling me, giving me the option of purchasing the new parts only once he knew they would solve the issue. The Jeep feels great, and I'll be going back regularly. Thanks to Charles and team for the brainstorming and dedication to solving my Jeeps long standing issues!

The customer ahead of me was a jerk. The man at the counter was very good at handling him. The guy that answered the phone to make my appt was so happy. Nice guy. Everyone said good morning to each other and customers.

I had a tire that was ruined and had a gash in it. I purchased a new tire that was delivered from another Big O facility. Service was fast and efficient by your friendly staff.. I am completely satisfied

Tim was very professional! I'm usually a little apprehensive when it comes to communicating details about my vehicle, I needed two new tires, they made sure I was taken care of! Great customer service! Thank you very much!!

Good service after a purchase

We go to this Big O because of Moe. He is the best wrench I've come across in 25+ years. Whatever Moe tells you, just do it. He is SPOT ON every time!!

Came in for a tire rotation without an appointment. Associate was friendly asked pertinent questions and was done in under 20 minutes. Excellent overall experience.
