Big O Tires

My tire was flat and the shop was very busy. The guys were all very courteous and helpful. My tire was repaired and I was on my way in half an hour. I appreciate the courtesy and that the repair was at no cost. I will be bringing my car here for my tire needs! Thank you!

Are whole experience with Eric Griffin and staff was more than my wife and myself could have asked for. Both of us being disabled were treated with the respect we haven't seen in along time, We both highly recommend Eric and his crew to anyone shopping for tires.. Any future tire shopping we have will be done there.

I took my 2005 Toyota Camry in for service and it was suggested it needed additional attention (struts, hose clamp,hose, etc.) The repairs suggested seemed reasonable and I accepted their recommendations and had the additional repairs added. The car was ready hours ahead of schedule and they even took me home earlier so I could use my other car while this one was being repaired. I am driving the 2005 every day as was suggested by the service manager and it is running perfectly. All in all, a very good experience.

The store manager, Charlie (sorry do not recall his last name) was extremely helpful and very polite and professional with me. I really do appreciate his understanding of my situation with my warranty and going the extra "mile" to ensure I was satisfied with my tire replacement. Even down to the individuals who worked on my car where extremely polite. This type of customer service will bring me back to his store for my automobile services. Took my car in kind of late on Sunday afternoon. I thought it needed an alignment but it really needed a new tire. After they put the tire on they drove it to see if an alignment was necessary- it wasn't and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

The service I received didn't take as long as I would've thought. The associate who helped us was nice and explained everything.

I noticed the tire pressure light came on and i was getting ready for a road trip. I just stopped in so they could fill my tire. He filled the tires and asked me to move my car back a few inches. He looked under my car and said i had a staple in my tire. He had me come inside and offered me coffee. He said they could plug it. When it was fixed I went to pay and he said no charge. Made my day! It pays to buy my tires here! He said enjoy your trip when i left. This is EXCELLENT customer service. I will tell all my friends.

The most important thing you would like to know about - you left off your questionnaire - HONESTY! While Eddie was courteous and helpful, Travis (the manager) took over when it came time to evaluate my brakes... Instead of upselling me on something I did not need... he told me to come back next year and have them checked out at my next OIL Change... My brakes didn't need replacement at this time... To be treated with courtesy and more importantly with HONESTY, now that's what I want to talk about!! It's most appreciated and you have won a customer!

The service is ALWAYS great! Your manager there, I believe his name is Charles Meredith, is QUALITY! Hold onto that employee! Everything he does from greeting every customer to handing you the keys, IS FLAWLESS! His phone skills are prime as well! Its hard to find a loyal modeled employee like himself! Thanks Big O!

I have moved from Texas to New Mexico and now to Las Vegas in the last 18 yrs of my life. My first set of wheels was purchased at Big O, and I have yet to stray to any other tire company. Even more so now, since they best oil and tune ups. I never feel like they are trying to do any unnecessary work or rip me off. This alone says a lot.
