Big O Tires

I was very pleased with the service I received from Service Manager John Reich and Javier M. They were very courteous and worked with my situation. I really appreciate their attitudes and helpfulness. I took two vehicles in. The facility was clean, staff friendly and helpful and did work in timely manner. I will definitely return to this Auto Shop and will certainly spread the word. Thank you!!!!

Bought a set of tires in 2015 and when i had a nail in a tire, Big O repaired it without any charge. So when Big O had a special sale for $400 all inclusive, jumped at the chance. Came in on appointed time and was done within an hour. Very courteous service at the counter. The car rides smoother and am very happy with the experience.

I hope that 5 was the highest rating as you did not indicate on the scoring high of low. Eric and Richard were wonderful as always. My tire was rapidly losing air. They checked my tire after a very short wait on a busy day. Thankfully, just a nail. Tire was fixed in a few minutes at no charge. Big O on Charleston near Hualapai is go to for all tire issues and oil/fluid changes, tune ups. Their customer service is a 10+. They are professional and value their customers. Richard - manager - remembered me from my last tire/oil fiasco. The prior oil change people did not properly secure the cap and oil went everywhere under the hood. Big O is the bestest!! Thanks!!!

Drove in from out of town and our car broke down off the freeway. It took a couple days, but worth waiting to make sure it was fixed.

Staff gave an honest opinion on concerns I had for my car - I had been told at a previous shop that my car needed extensive repairing. I asked in addition to my service for the staff to give a second opinion - they were honest that my car did require some maintenance but I didn't feel coerced or pressured. I felt completely at ease discussing my concerns and felt heard by the staff.

Andrew and Nick went above and beyond. My tire went flat due to an object in the road Wednesday afternoon. I immediately called the West Chatleston store because I knew they'd be able to get the exact tire I needed from a previous tire change. They didn't have the tire in stock at the time I called but somehow were able to locate, and send someone to pick it up for me. They waited for the car to be towed to the location, and changed it in less than 40 minutes! This all happened after the store was officially closed! I can't thank these two enough! The service Nick, and Andrew provided was second to known, and delivered with a smile!

The guy up front at the desk was super nice and helpful. I came in just so someone could look at my tire yo see if there was a leak happening and before I knew it, my car was ready and already patched! I highly recommend Big O.

I came in with a recurring slow leak in one of my tires.One of the technicians found a tiny hole in the side wall of my tire.They were patient with my warranty company and got me a tire that would work with my set.I was very pleased with their service.

The entire experience was excellent. Phil took my call for the appointment and it was easy to get in. Upon arrival, Phil did the intake on our car that was not in the system. He was very professional; he explained types of oil changes that were available and the pricing. Very easy drop off. Phil called to suggest what the car might need for updated maintenance while car was in the shop. Very thorough explanation about what he recommended. No pressure to do additional work. We were on a time crunch so we did not add to the service. We picked up the car and got out of there in just a few minutes. Phil checked us out. A very good experience, largely due to Phil's professionalism and friendliness.

Everyone was polite and courteous. I was there for an oil change and lube with inspection of my vehicle that came with the special offering price. I will always check for specials. I was pleased with everything and will remember to make an appointment. Thank you BIG O TIRES.

Phil was very friendly, he called to explain what they found during the vehicle inspection, and the car was done when promised.
