Big O Tires

This has been a tough year for us with both of our cars. It seems that we are at Big O almost every Saturday morning with one of them. Your team is great and I feel like that they work toward giving us the most reasonable price for repairs. I always enjoy working with Jeremy and Tom, but unfortunately don't get to know the actual mechanics. I feel like we're all family at this point!

Excellent service and staff! It was great they were able to fit us in as the doors opened without an appointment to fix our flat tire. Will return for future service when needed!

"Big O" put me car on the rack and removed a nail. They evaluated whether it caused a leak (which it didn't) and sent me on my way. At no charge! Great service, great value. I will go to them when I need new tires. Thank you.

I had a screw removed from my tire and had the tires rotated within 15 minutes. Andrew was very polite and knowledgeable and willing to meet my needs. Had new shocks installed in California prior to move to Nevada. In transit something came loose and banged around. Took it to a Las Vegas shop and they repaired it happily, no charge. I was pleased

I just needed a break light replaced. Originally, I went to Midas next to you. They turned me away because "they weren't fully staffed." I was then gonna go to Meineke because they've replaced my break light before, and it was quick. But as I was leaving, I saw you guys... Big O Tires. So glad I made stopped and went in! Your team is awesome! Friendly, caring and goes above and beyond. As I was giving my info, another teammate went to wipe down some sute/scuff marks off the ground near the desk. Attention to detail! The guy asked if I needed anything else and then I did mention that when I slow down to stop, my breaks squeak. I've been living with it for a year and half now since replacing my wheels and my dealership could never take care of the problem. The guy said they'll check it out as well. Well, the squeaking noise has been reduced dramatically! Thank you! As I went to go pay and check out, that wheel/breaks service was listed on my receipt but at no cost. Wow! I will definitely be back here... I've been looking for a new place to get oil changes and I finally found a place I can trust!

Just happened to notice a nail in my tire and arrived at store just a few minutes before scheduled closing hours. Service manager didn’t hesitate to begin repairing tire despite shop was closing. Took about 20 minutes and I was back on the road.

These guys are good, in fact they are great. I wouldn't consider taking our cars anywhere but Big O. Always ask for Moe ... this guy is incredible. They don't need a franchise ... this place could be called BIG MOE'S!!

Great customer service and explained everything

Purchased a 2017 used car three weeks ago and the tire pressure was low, despite filling it - went back to dealer and they said I needed new tires. They didn't patch tires if it was only a nail so I went to Big O. They found the nail, said it was too near the rim to remove and that the tread was really low and the car needed new rear tires- even showed me the tread gauge. Did not charge me a cent. Returned to dealer, explained the situation. They checked tires and said they were fine except for nail and I should have it removed or buy new tires. So "You're saying Big O was lying? The tread is unsafe and you shouldn't have sold the car with those tires. I'll be calling my lender to report you selling me an unsafe car." I got my new tires for nothing. Big O taught me about tire treads and I appreciate their quality customer service.

I was there a week ago and I wrote a review where I was told I should get a new alternator I got second opinion and a third both said I did not need one. Andrew called me and told me that that he stood by his test and that different places will have different criteria. He apologized and said if there was anything he could do ? I told him I was just confused about the entire process. And I thanked him for getting back to me. He told me to keep an eye on my van, and if the battery light come back on to bring my van back in. The next day the battery light came on and I took my van back in and they put in a new alternator. It works perfectly. Thank you Andrew.

Charles, the new manager, was pleasant and very professional. He is certainly a real asset to your Summerlin store. I work for The Summerlin Council and see hundreds of new residents every year and will certainly refer them to Charles. Thank you for the excellent service that he provided. He also shared that your company is great to work for and that you treat your employees very well.

I have had a number of great experiences at your store - tires, battery, general maintenance and starter. Being a woman of little knowledge relating to cars, I have grown to trust Richard and rely on him to keep my car running. He went above and beyond to help me out and in a very professional manner. It is truly a relief to find a store I can trust as our car continues to age. Thanks for instilling this work ethic in your team - they have all been great. My husband will start taking his car here too!
