In addition to the service, the team is always responsive and friendly. Phil (Mgr), Moe (mechanic), Jay (front), Zach (front), and the hound guy (sorry can’t recall his name, starts with a “K”, I believe) are always friendly, communicate clearly, and are all-around a great team. Although a national chain, I feel these guys are my local go-to mechanics.

Amazing service and great staff!

I came in to the store to have a screw removed from a tire and to have it plugged. I had already removed the tire and had just brought the tire in to be repaired. I was quoted an hour and a half to repair the tire, which seemed excessive, but since I didn't have an appointment and I needed the tire repaired I agreed. After over 2 hours, I walked over to the window to see if they had even started the repair. The tire had been moved earlier, so I wasn't sure of the status. An associate, maybe a floor manager noticed me looking so he asked me what I was waiting for. My tire had been repaired, but no one told me, so I kept waiting. The gentlemen that noticed me was very apologetic and nice, so I was not mad, stuff happens. The fact that I was treated respectfully was all that mattered.

Called in advance to schedule a oil change, got a quote for the service and a quote code to ensure price paid is what was quoted. Due to time restrictions on my end I had to push my appointment back, the quote was honored and the service was fast and the staff was clear and educational. 10/10 returning every time.

I've been a long time customer and have spent thousand's of dollars at the West Charleston store on tires, rims and major work on my Tahoe and Corvette. Mo, your mechanic there is outstanding in knowledge and service. In fact, when my Tahoe will need a rebuild on my motor, I've already spoken to Mo that I will have him do a long block replacement. That's the trust that I have from this facility.

About the only thing that didn't happen was that I wasn't met at the door which is just fine. I purchased my tires and was passing through Vegas when I got a flat. The staff here was fantastic and got my tire repaired and my spare placed back and got me out the door. Top notch operation and very professional. Than also ran through some of the things that would soon be needed on my truck based on mileage etc so I could look into it when I got back home. Top notch staff. Eric was a total pro.

Joseph took care of me on Friday. Priced out the tires, gave me options and promised they would be in Saturday morning. I was very happy to receive a message when I got home that he already had the tires! I dropped off my wife's car in the morning and a few hours later all was done! Good people! This is my second set of tires in the past year (two separate cars). I'll be back again!

I just stopped due to a flat tire, I was surprised that there was no charge, that is great customer service, the attendant was courteous and helpful, I know where to buy my next ser of tires now

I needed tires, everybody was helpful to get me what I needed.

there was some miscommunication between myself and the management at this location regarding the service I received, but they handled it very professionally and I left being very impressed with the way everything was handled. My husband I I moved to this area 10 months ago and I purchased new tires and received additional services at this location, and now after this visit, we have confirmation to continue to do all of our business at this location going forward.

Phil and Austin were awesome. They were professional and honest. The tire was very expensive but the service was excellent.
