Took my care in for squeeky breaks. Surprised by the knowledge and expertise of the technician to solve the solution... didn't expect to pay for the parts and services associated with it, but am truly happy I did as my car is in better condition and no more noise from when I break.

1st time BigOTires customer & very satisfied with the entire transaction. Walk-in, was given options, representative took my deposit, placed the order for tires to be delivered. Tires arrived early, I was contacted a little before 4:00p and they called me in & completed within 1.5hrs!! Excellent & BigOTires has a new customer for all my vehicles
