The staff was very friendly. They were very busy but seemed so calm when dealing with customers!

The man at the counter was very nice and since i did not have an appointment I would receive a call to bring my car back for the new tire installation. When I returned it only took a few minutes for them to put the new tire on and I was able to drive my car back knowing I was safe. I will tell my neighbors and friends about my visit and friendliness of the staff at Big O Tires and recommend them highly!

The price of the tire itself was exorbitant, but I attribute this to inflation and supply chain, not to this Big O outlet (because my last purchase there was far more reasonable). Aside from the grossly expensive price, the service was excellent, flexible and altogether as convenient as possible.

They completed what the AAA Battery Service could not, and on a Sunday morning!You guys are lifesavers.
