The staff at the West Charleston location are very accommodating and very knowledgeable. Cheech was able to provide an estimate of price, availability of my tire & the ETA. No one wants to be forced to purchase a replacement tire but it happens and they made incredibly, effing easy.

While Big O is a big company I have always felt the "family-like" customer service. They always go the extra mile.
