Big O Tires

I was glad I purchased a warranty on my tires. I have had to have nails removed from my tires twice, and it was all at no charge.

Came in as one tire was low. Service guy recognized that tire was damaged (screw in the treads) and so I left the car for the tire to be repaired. Happy the guy noticed the issue instead of just adding air.

She was friendly and had excellent customer service skills. John helped handle the service the next day and was excellent communicating with me.
